A very big,clean and busy Shopping Centre in Potchefstroom Northwest Province with almost every shops and restaurants under one big roof,good for locals and visitors

The store is having very good prices and a sale is running presently.

Good variety, products are of good quality. However vacuum packed meet from the meat market is not always fresh.

The shop is easy to navigate, it's never too full and the people who work there are always friendly and available to help. It always has great in-store specials

The service is really bad more especially on the management they are lazy to do their work. And as for takeaway foods not fresh at all I had a running stomach with my colleagues on 17/07/2018. Bad service!!!

Clean and spacious, only issue i could possibly have is that their premade meals aren't of a very high standard.

funny smell when you walk in, been there for years. more or less clean, good variety for the town, I often shop here.

Parking is always an issue. No covered parking on this side of the mall. Shop is clean and staff are friendly enough.

Saw Parmalat Gouda cheese portions with mildew. Shown it to the manager but he did not seem concerned.
I asked for a complaints register and was directed to the cigarette counter. The attendant in turn directed me to the financial counter. There I was given a scrap piece of paper to enter the the complaint on and then to place it in a suggestion box which was not even locked.
I refused to do this and left the shop.
Unfriendly personnel and poor service seems to be a trademark of this shop.
Over the years we have many times bought cookies and biscuits which were badly broken due to careless/don'tcare handling. We never buy biscuits there anymore.
I do not even think that training will swing the attitude of your don'tcare personnel and managers.

Phone got stolen. And no cameras in the isle. But good product sellection.

Understaffed, which means long, slow-moving queues when it's busy and help is difficult to find when you need it. Otherwise, it's ok in terms of everything else.

Bought skilpadtjies on Saturday. We had a braai on Sunday, when we opened the packet, the skilpadtjies was blue like a avatar movie. Shocking, expiery only on the 27th.

They have great products but their stocks run out fast.

Very understaffed at the tills.The wait is always long.

Update: 29 October 2019 with their Xtra Savings Launch, the lack of cashiers are still a problem at this branch ?!?

On busy days they don't have enough cashiers and on the slow and quiet days they have all the cashiers they needed when it was actually busy.

Don't do my usual shopping here because the shelves are not packed very orderly and rows very confusing.

Meat section is almost always disappointing and the shelves are regularly empty. Particularly before the "end of month rush" which I do not understand... a lot if the fruit and veg has expired and the bread is often stale... come on guys, up your game a little.

Firstly the telephone no does not exist ! cant phone them.
I have ordered 3 x 12 bott of BC Ruby Cabernet more than a year ago and have still not received it.
I spoke to the new manager about a month ago and asked him to please get me the wine, he promised
me that he will take it up himself, to no avail!!
As far as I am concerned the service stinks.

I like this Checkers, very big and has a huge variety of products and I don't remember a time I didn't get what I needed here, the service is average.

On the website it says Sunday opening time is 08h00. When you get there they change and says they only open at 0900. This is poor management. And then there was old people who had to stand and wait. NOT GOOD

Understaffed always, I do come her quite alot and you always have to stand in dreading ques.
The tellers themselves is also not to friendly and tend to be rude.

Friendly staff, clean store with a wide selection of goods. A very nice checkers.

My daughter had a sudden nosebleed while we were shopping in the store,Before we knew it 2 staffmembers were there to assist with tissues and kind words of encouragement.Well done.
