Day 1: I ordered a phone and they took money from my account the same day, with expected delivery of 1-4 days. Day 13: I emailed them because I had heard nothing. They told me it would be dispatched in 1-4 days Day 19: I emailed again and they said 'sorry' but no dispatch date! Day 27: I emailed again with a formal complaint to say if not dispatched within 5 days I wanted a full refund. Day 30: They sent me a tracking number for my order...which turned out to be nothing to do with me. They apologised again! Day 37: They did not give me a refund but said the phone had been dispatched. Day 38. Received!

I am appalled with the experience I've had with Quick Mobile Fix. I sent off my Huawei P9 for a screen repair, it took around 10 days to receive it back, my tracking order didn't work so was continuously asking for an update and the replies (prompt as they were) were very vague. E.g. 'your device is with a technician, this usually takes up to 3 days to turn around' but this would be sent every time I asked for an update.
I eventually received my device back, and noticed that the screen wasn't fully flat and there was light coming through the gaps around the edges (photos attached). There were also light marks below the screen which I was concerned were more than just aesthetic issues. So I got in touch to ask what they would do. They said I could send it back and they would repair it again - under the guarantee - free of charge. I asked if they could try and process it as quickly as possible as I have a family wedding at the weekend and the camera on the P9 is the reason I bought the phone & i'd really value having it back by the weekend. I paid special delivery to speed up the process.
I had a reply to tell me the reason the screen was not laying flat was due to a bent bezel. I asked what this meant and what the implications would be for me and they sent yet another vague email to say it would need replacing, no notification of extra cost, if so what cost, how long this would take etc. And 3 follow up emails on I still had none of this information. I was also refused a phone call as I thought this would be a quicker way of coming to a solution. So I asked for a clear response to each of my questions from a manager who told me that it was an issue caused by their bad repair the first time round, no they wouldn't cover the costs, no they wouldn't pay special delivery, and would I like to go ahead with the repair... STILL NOT TELLING ME HOW MUCH THIS WOULD COST!
I am horrified that you could do a bad repair job, offer a 12 month guarantee and then not pay for the issue that you caused!
I will not be recommending the service and will push for a free refund and some compensation for the time wasted.
Bought a 5c which was advertised as pristine and I have to say I can t fault the condition of the phone. Delivery was prompt too so I can t find fault so far.
The company have ignored me I've had to chase them in so many different ways jus for some customer services, they're fone lines have been down for 4 days! Emails are giving me generic responses with no actual personal info relating to my order or my specific service. Facebook messages are becoming very tense as this is the only responce I am getting, my actual comments are beinf wiped from there pages/sites. I was told yesterday that my order is bein prioritised and will be the next item out for dispatch and haven't heard a word back since, they lie and manipulate you for the sake of prolonging their service. Lazy ass company with the worse customer services I've ever had, was told a refund would take 5 working days and have been jus left waiting since the 28/3 when I purchased this item. The whole way through my purchase I never noticed the 5-7 working days dispatch time because it's hidden in their small print/terms conditions. Shambles!!!

It's clear that Quick Mobile are in a bad financial way, and are soaking up as much money as they possibly can before they disappear.
I was very wary shopping on line for a refurbished iPad for my grandson for Christmas but with Quick Mobile Fix it was made easy. Bought I phone X had for 2 weeks and had to send back as screen faulty. Apparently repair takes 24 to 48 hours but guy said it will take 3 weeks as part not in stock!! No updates by phone or email I contacted them everytime to get updates. Then waiting over an hour to speak to someone on the phone. I guess because of the vast number of complaints. Worst customer service I've experienced, business model and processes are shockingly bad. I regret my purchase and will definitely not be returning. Stay well clear of this shoddily run company.

Ordered an iPhone 8 - was surprised when it said delivery would be 7-10 working days, but I thought for the price it was worth it. Dreadful customer service. Ordered on 14 July (19 working days ago) and was told I'd receive my new phone in 10 working days or less. Called up a few days ago and waited over an hour for someone to answer (26th in the queue). I was assured that I would be emailed yesterday to say that the phone was dispatched. Nothing. Just about to chase up again but wanted to warn others before parting with cash. They offer good prices but are completely misleading with their delivery times and when you email in the check on the status of your order you just get generic emails fobbing you off. The chap I spoke to was friendly enough but hasn't kept his promise. Making genuinely concerned that I'll never see my money again. If I don't get a dispatch today then I'm requesting a refund. I run a small business myself so i know the challenges of keeping up with demand but I always try to communicate clearly with people so that they know whats happening and I don't make false promises. Don't do it.

The iPhone 7plus that l received was excellent and does not seem to have a mark on it, Thank you. The only complaint I have is the time it took to arrive and when you spend a substantial amount of money you expect to be kept in the picture regards delivery as l did feel that my payment was taken and l was beginning to wonder if l would actually receive my phone.
Should be zero stars but they don't go that low! They've had my husband's phone since 30 December, some 21 days, and it is still not fixed. They can't give any answers, they don't call back and we have asked them to return the phone and give a refund but they haven't responded to that either. Shocking service, keep away!
Really pleased with the service. Mobile arrived quickly and was in much better condition than I expected from a grade C. Would definitely use again, especially as it was much cheaper than other sites.

Every time we call this company they do not answer the phone and if we email the only reply we get is that the money will be back in your account in 3 working day . Phone arrived well packaged and within the time frame given. The phone is in good condition and have the peace of mind of having a years warranty with it. It didnt come with a charging lead, but easily purchased one. I felt the price was very competitive and overall am really pleased with my purchase.

Exceedingly poor service. I booked my repair (cracked screen) on the 10th June, and sent my phone to the company on 22nd June. Nevertheless I had to wait for parts until the 4th July. On the 6th July I received an email requesting the pass code for my device. I refused to give them this, as I did not require them to do further tests - simply to replace the cracked glass (the digitiser worked perfectly). Cue a frustrating exchange of emails, which led to them refusing to carry out the repair. I requested a refund, which is as of today (24th July) still hasn't been received. Avoid this company.
Orderd a phone but had to return the item for a refund, they recived this on the 02/July/18 I was initially told I d have to wait 72hrs for a refund, then I was told 10-14 working days.... this cane and went with no refund, every email I send is met with the same answer by different people saying we are sorry another 24/48hrs and this will be processed...... it s now the 8th August 2018 STILL NO REFUND.

This service was easy to use, sent my old phone and heard from them in about a week s time to say that it had met the standards to receive the full amount. The money was then in my account within 3 days. I would definitely use them again.
Do not use this absoloute state of a company. I ordered a refurbished iPhone 7 and within 2 days I cancelled my order, they take your money instantly but say it takes 10-14 working days for the money to be refunded. Well it has been over 14 working days and I still havent recieved my refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THE FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I ordered a iphone X 64 gb handset at 'Good to Excellent' condition. It didnt arrive till 20 days later!!!! I kept calling customer services, being held on hold for 50+ minutes, and been kept feeding lies by the team that they would have dispatched my item in the next 24 hours. Once the item had arrived it has deep scratches on the back, dents on the sides, deep scuffs on the volume and lock button, AND EVEN YELLOW AND BROWN DIRT in the volume and speaker holes. I immediately sent the phone back and asked for a replacement. It has been nearly 2 weeks and i still have not received my replacement!!! I should have paid attention to the previous reviews and not purchased from this deceiving company. They were quick to take my money and have taken the absolute mick to deliver my handset and offer me a minor compensation for my next purchase, which I will never be using!!!! This company were a disaster. They seem like scam artists. They sell phones they don't have and hope they will get them in time so their stated delivery time is very hit and miss. Their refunds policy is appalling if not illegal. I ordered on the 13th of December canceled on the 22nd of December as it was obviously never going to appear waited till the 10th of January and now they say the refund will go through on the 29th January. Refunds are not that hard to process.
I would give minus stars if possible - the service received so far is definitely not worthy of any! My husband received a reconditioned phone that didn't work at all - wouldn't even charge back in April. We are now almost in August and still chasing hard for the refund due. The customer service is very weak when you eventually get through on the phone line that is permanently engaged (I imagine with all of the unhappy customers) and when you do get through they don't do as they promise. The timescales for email responses are inconsistent at best and non-existent at worst. So disappointed - If we had money to spare we would have bought a brand new phone and are now out of pocket and have had to buy a phone elsewhere because Quickmobile fix (You may wish to reconsider your choice of business name!!!!!!!) are so slow. The phone was returned 76 days ago and they have said they won't refund because we are out of the 14 day return period - We were within it, you are not within your advertised SLA! I'm angrily typing as I press redial for the 80th time so far today! We are currently without goods or refund so in my book that is theft. If they fail to respond today we will be reporting it as such. So disappointed. ** update 02/08 - according to the reply someone had "reached out" and the refund was being processed! This was yet another lie! After lots of calling again today I spoke to Jodie - the only staff member so far with any honesty or integrity; one who actually empathises with the customer. Apparently the finance manager (who cannot be named along with any other members of the management team) has now received an urgent request to refund - we will see if they actually process it! As a side note - your front-line staff really need to be backed and supported by your management team - making the management team anonymous and uncontactable speaks volumes about your business ethos. I would not get out of bed in the morning if I had to work for you and listen to these complaints all day long. I would advise anyone considering using this company to go elsewhere. I ordered a refurbished iPhone 7 from them and was promised delivery within 7-10 days. The phone never arrived and I contacted them to cancel the order. They accepted this and promised a refund within 14 days. That was on the 12th May. It is now the 10th July and I still have not received a refund. This appears to be a recurring issue so please read this and the reviews below before considering paying any money to this company.
My main issue with ordering from here is the time I had to wait to receive my phone. I had to wait an extra 9-10 days than expected. Customer service was ok. They responded to my emails and then did send it out within the timescale they then said. The reason I was told for the delay was that until an order is received the phones advertised are untested and unprepared. So the delay was going through this process. It seems that if the phones could be tested and prepared before advertised that they are in stock, then I think the shipping problems that they seem to have (looking at other reviews) could be reduced. It's a shame that we had this delivery issue as it does put me off from ordering from them again. Buying a phone is very expensive and so then it's a little unnerving when the product isn't received on time.
Waited and no phone arrived, so cancelled and waited yet no refund arrived, this is a fraudulent company who will take your money and then ignore you, so be warned.
Rocky start to my relationship with Quick Mobile Fix when my phone arrived an the screen didn't work properly... However their customer service and repairs team were quick to respond and I now have a working phone. Phone was received quicker then expected both times:) Am recommending QMF to all my friends who need a cheaper upgrade option.
Unfortunately, I had to give this one star to post my review! THE COMPANY IS A COMPLETE PILE OF ****. I ordered phones on 30/7/19 for birthday presents. Wish I had read all of the bad reviews beforehand. I have had to call QMF 10 times to chase this up. I was on hold for approximately 20 hours over these 10 phone calls and cut off twice, only to re-join the queue at number 30. I am honestly surprised that there are not hundreds of customers in a queue to talk to the staff, who continually give excuses after excuses ! The customer service when you get through is appalling. I asked for a refund on 21/8/19 and this was never even actioned, despite one member of staff saying he would make it his responsibility to follow this up and call me the next morning. I received no email confirmation or phone call! I had to call again to cancel my order and finally received an email stating I had to wait 14 days for a refund! Those 14 days are now up and still no refund. We all know for a fact that a bank transfer can be made within a couple of hours! So, QMF have had my money for nearly 2 months and still no indication of when this will be repaid. This is the most horrendous company. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! DISGUSTING COMPANY WHICH SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE!!!!
It's been a week and I still haven't received my payment for my old phone. There's nothing quick about them, I even sent it next day dpd. They say same day bank transfer, seen as it's now the weekend it won't even be same week transfer...the only reason I've given 2 stars and not 1 is because they stuck to the valuation I was given and didn't barter with me.
I sent my second phone off to them and once again i'm in the same position! they need to remove the Quick out of their name! Same day transfer is a lie, they receive my order 6 days ago now, still no payment. i had to contact them regarding my order as i had nothing from them to say they'd received it. their online tracking system does not work and just comes back with 'we cannot find your order' DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Now down to 1 star. its false advertisement and i'm taking this to trading standards! they shouldn't be advising same day transfers when 6 days later you have no contact from them unless you contact them chasing.
Most upset 19 days ago I ordered a mobile phone the website claims it will dispatch within 3 to 5 working days I contacted them after the first week to be told it be delivered priority 1 to 3 working days still no phone. This has got to be one of the worst companies if you have a dispute they have no telephone number to call and everything is automated emails. I tried to order a Phone but the order didn t go through although the money was taken from my card I am still trying to get my money back. I made a google account just to explain how bad this company are. We ordered an iphone, phone never arrived, countless emails to them followed by their bog standard replies. The service was incredibly quick and easy! By following the simple steps on the website - I managed to pay for the service on Wednesday, print off the free postage + send it off - by saturday, my smashed beyond repair ipad was ready to be signed for at my door step -unrecognisably brand new!! Absolutely impressed with the quality of the repair + I also received a new ipad cover as a free gift. I would definitely use this service again as the prices are cheaper and more reasonable than any phone/ipad repair shops that I have been to, and I have been recommending Quick Mobile Fix to friends and family ever since!
My wife was interested in an iPhone from Quick Mobile Fix so we went ahead and bought it. On the website we were told that it would be shipped 2 days after making the payment. Once we purchased the phone we received an email saying it will take 10 days before the shipment begin. We finally received an email on a Friday stating that the phone had been shipped and we received a tracking number for it. We were expecting the phone on Saturday by noon as stated in the email. On Saturday at noon we were unable to track the shipment and now we just had to hope for it to be delivered on Monday. I have to say I m disappointed in the false advertisement and promises

Also since, the back has cracked again in two places. A fracture near the camera lens and a diagonal from almost top / bottom / left / right. When I called them to asked if this was under warranty, they said no. For this reason I'm downgrading the service to 2 stars.
They don't deserve any stars. They have no ethics and no business etiquette. Steer well away. They have caused and are still causing a whole lot of stress. 4 months of chasing them for a refund and they still have no updates for me. Meanwhile their finance company is still taking instalments. I think those that have had a good experience may have been the lucky ones. I have taken them to Trading Standards now.
Worst Experience ever. I bought two devices in the past, and recommend to friends and family. In my last order, they send me a broke device (Just charge once you clearly notice) And I send it back. Well, is more 75 days since I bought it, and I don't received the refund yet. Also I need to write them more than 3 times because they don't even explain you what is going on. They put me two dead lines when I suppose to receive my money, but no notice yet. Also they apologies cause they don't have enough people, but cancel my last review just 5 minutes after my expire date to present order ID, so seems like is more important hide bad reviews than do a good service.

Dispicable business , please be aware , I purchased a refurbished Iphone 6s from them , upon arrival the phone would not charge , I followed their procedure to return and have it replaced. The replaced phone was the one I had returned , the ID sticker had been removed in a crude attempt to disguise the fact the same faulty phone had been sent back. After requesting they send me a replacement the response has been you send it back and WE WILL DO OUR BEST to replace it , what kind of reply is that , Do not purchase from these despicable people.

They kept promising to dispatch my phone "at the end of this week" for 2 weeks in a row. Customer "advisors" yelled at me after I said i will be reporting for fraud and hung up on my call after AN HOUR of waiting time of the phone. Decided to cancel and ask for a refund, because if dispatching the phone is this unprofessional who knows what the quality of the phone is going to be. Asked for a refund 12 days ago in which I was told that they will email me a confirmation of my cancellation within 24-48 hours after which they will refund me in 14 days, I still have not gotten the confirmation of my cancellation or the refund after several emails. I cannot put into words the amount of stress and time it has taken me to deal with this company and at this point I am just hoping to get my 300 pounds back.

I would like to point out that these 5 star reviews are 100% FAKE!! which is actually false advertising!! What an awful experience with Quick Mobile Fix. Ordered a phone three months ago that never turned up. After eventually being told they were going to refund us, surprise surprise the money never turned up.
When you call it's difficult to get hold of someone. When you eventually get through they won't ever put you through to a decision maker. I was told, "if you aren't happy then take us to court". Alternatively Quick Mobile Fix you could just do the right thing and pay me the money you have stolen from me.

Terrible company phone did not arrive after 8 days and not even an update email!!was ment to be a gift for an occasion but thanks to quick mobile fix it was ruined.Avoid company at all costs.Ps the reason it take so long is because the phones are not in stock they are advertised to be however quick mobile fix receives the phones from individual sellers and delivery time depends on when quick mobile fix receive the phone which could be from 10 days to a month.
Edit:As I said before this is a fraudulent company.They replied to this review saying I did not contact them when in fact,I sent an email and received an automated response telling me to wait longer.I also tried to phone this company over 10 times and every time the line was "busy" and I had no luck trying to get through to the company.If I i do not get a refund I may decide to take legal action against this company
