Most upset 19 days ago I ordered a mobile phone the website claims it will dispatch within 3 to 5 working days I contacted them after the first week to be told it be delivered priority 1 to 3 working days still no phone.
Send another email no response reviewed websites trusted pilot and yours to see the company has high ratings but every recent review is bad but only the good ones on their sites are showing up and yours
After this company when I do a search it will not be through Google and anything that advertise it with Google will not be I will not buy from.
Still no mobile no contact phone is constantly engaged with complaining customers because they haven't had their mobile phones
Today I demanded a refund still no response
The only thing left is to try and get my money back for my card and to report them to trading standards
