This company is really really bad. Do not use, they took ages to deliver the phone. A horse and cart could deliver it faster from their base to Yorkshire.
Avoid this company like the plague. They don't update you at all. Essentially they had my phone for 3 weeks, but never any progress updates. Their customer service response times are glacial speed. I also purchased the product twice by accident. It took them over a month to get me a refund. This company is an absolute joke.

I purchased a refurbished iphone 5 and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived and it was like new ! Not a mark on it at all. Only fault was it took a while to charge and battery kept running down quickly.

In all honesty, I have never left a poor review of any company.
She wanted to desperately update her phone and was over the moon with the proposed offer.
No sooner had she gone for this phone and the associated extras of charger etc. She was downloading her contacts and apps to the new device.
2 days later, she was charging the phone (with the charger they provided), she came in worried that the charger (supplied by said company) had broken off when she removed it.
Now i know what you may think that she dropped it but this is a 20yr old lady with a substantial investment in a phone.. not a child as you may think.
We went through the correct channels of returning the phone to the company and got the following reply...
Needless to say. My daughter was shocked and in tears that it would cost nearly the same amount to repair the phone as it was to buy it.
After appealing to the company for help. We were told that no help would be offered considering the phone was still under their "so called" warranty ...
We asked for the phone to be returned to us and looked up a local company for help.
My question remains as follows:
1. How can you as a company charge for a faulty charger that failed at over 10 x the standing cost...
2. How can you stand behind a warranty that your goods ( charger) are not up to standard.
I can happily post this and hope that anyone takes the time to read up on reviews and considers any purchase from QUICK MOBILE FIX...

I then sent a message on the 15th saying "Hey, yo, what's good? How you doing? Where's my phone buddy?" I then got an email saying "Sorry... delay to the dispatch of your order has been due to the stringent quality control checks we have to carry out... our order is due to be dispatched in the next 1-4 working days... Your order is due to be dispatched in the next 1-4 working days"
ONE to FOUR? That would bring us to Yesterday.

So naturally, I said I want my money back. This morning (22/05/19) at 07:27 am they sent an email saying "Good morning... Apologizes for the delays and the inconvenience caused with your order..." but guess what?

How shocking can a company people? I called this morning at 9.15am and I was 18th in the queue. Is that how many people called to you complain? 15 minutes into opening 18 people called to ask where their phone is?

This is the second time we have used Quick Mobile Fix. The first time we were very pleased with the refurbished phone we received. It was excellent.
This time we have had a poor experience. The iPhone we chose was described as good condition but has clearly been dropped at least twice as it has bad chips on the casing on the corners. I spent almost an hour waiting to speak to someone to sort this out last week and they asked me to email them photos of the damage. I did this 5 days ago and still no reply. In the meantime the phone has stopped working at all. I tried to call Quick Mobile Fix today and waited in a phone queue for over an hour and a half and was then cut off! So it has been very time consuming and frustrating. Quick Mobile Fix need to sort out their quality control and customer service phone line. On a positive note, I would say that the man I spoke to in customer services last week was very helpful and professional.
Very bad experience ordered a phone on 6th Dec, then was told phone was dispatched then it wasn't, kept getting generic emails fobbing me off. So turns out I'm not getting my daughter s phone for christmas which is a disgrace. I will never use this company again and I will be Informing all of my friends and colleagues on all social media platforms of this bogus company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS GUYS!!!!!!!!!

08/04/19 just under 3 weeks and no refund has been put into my bank. I email them and they said please allow 3 working days to receive your refund

Got a good price for iPhone 7. Took a bit longer than other mobile phone recyclers, but received full payment about 2 weeks after sending phone. Better communication needed as didn't get many updates.
I had purchased a phone from this company previously and it was a smooth transaction. When I returned to get another as a gift the 10 day shipping passed with no communication. I wrote and was given an apology and told that the phone would ship out in 3 more days. It wasn't. I wrote again and received what seemed like a stock reply with apologies and a promise that the phone would be shipped the following week between Wednesday - Friday. It wasn't. I wrote again the following Friday and received EXACTLY the same email response. The phone still didn't come. It's been a month now. I have opened a fraud claim with my bank but at best will not get my money back for 2 months and we still don't have a phone. Beware. The response that I have received for 3 weeks in a row now is attached below.

My order was placed on 12 September. Still no money. So currently then have just taken my iPhone 8 and presumably sold it on but not transferred the money to me. I ve contacted them now 15 times.

I m really surprised they ve not been shut down. I spoke to someone helpful who is investigating their removal from reputable price comparison websites which is how I found them. Only criticisms are that the box advertised a 32GB model, which caused a moment's concern and before it was dispatched an email came saying it would be delayed unless I could take another colour. Very pleased with the service and IPhone I purchased from quickmobilefix. It took a while for my phone to arrive, but it was worth waiting. My husband purchased a phone from them a few years ago as well and he has no complaints at all.

i have used quick fix mobile before to have my iphone 5 repaired, that was good, no problems, very efficient. i decided to upgrade to an iphone 6.

Terrible service. iPad ordered and paid for and was advised that shipping within 5 working days, with a maximum of 10 working days being advised. After the 10 working days elapsed, I contacted the customer service department who advised that there was a delay and that the goods would be dispatched in the next 48 hours. This period elapsed, no dispatch occurred. I had to follow up 3 times to find out when the dispatch would take place.
I was advised a refund would be processed within 14 working days. This period has now elapsed and I remain without my money despite numerous chasers.
I do not recommend this company at all. Use Mazuma Mobile or any other refurb company.

I ordered a refurbished Galaxy S5. It was delivered in mint condition, even with the protective stickers on the case. Delivery was indicated at checkout to be 3 to 5 business days and it did arrive on the 5th business day. I couldn't fault the service nor the quality of the product I received. I've had it for about a month now with no problems whatsoever.
I've bought both my phone and tablet from them now. They are quick to send the items, both of which are in emaculate condition, for such a reasonable price. Would 100% recommend for second hand electronics!
Order ID226002 placed an order for space grey iphone 8 plus called several times only to be told they dont have that colour and they could send me gold colour which i said yes to as just wanted a phone as they have taken 20 days, phone arrived 23/4/19 and it doesnt even turn on, now to be told OK so in regards to a collection of the device we do not offer that service, a refund is 14 working days from point of arrival with us, and for a repair on average it is 5 working days and for a exchange on average it is 5-7 working days, even though this should not have been a faulty phone that apparently went through "quality control" in the first place, this company is a fraud and would NOT recommend - i also think alot of their reviews are fake. i now have to waist more time sending back a phone that they sent out faulty. waste of time DO NOT USE better off paying a little extra and go elsehwere.

Don't use these guys. There are many more genuine sellers out there. I ordered a phone on 10th Dec for Xmas 2018 but it never arrived. I bought elsewhere and cancelled the order but the phone then turned up in February. I sent it back with their instruction and was told I would get a refund. In April I was told the refund would take 6 to 8 weeks and that a chargeback would be better. I opted to wait for 8 weeks and never got a refund and now it is too late to get a chargeback (120 days max, silly me). So I am appealing to Quickmobile fix to refund me the money they took in December. These guys don't belong in 21st century retailing.

Absolutely disgusted with how I have been treated by this company. My order number is 164241. I ordered a phone in which the money was taken out straight away. It then did not turn up in the 5-7 working days they stated it would. When I queried this, they told me checks are made to ensure the phone is in fully working order. 100% a generic can't-be-arsed-to-actually-be-honest-with-customers response as the phone deteriorated to the point where it could not be used. I emailed and called several times and was just passed around until I eventually was told to return the phone. I followed the companies procedure and removed icloud and also did a full reset at their request which made me lose a few days of my backup because the phone stopped working before I could back up those few days. I waited a few days after this and they said that there was an icloud account and that they needed my EMAIL and PASSWORD. Considering I removed it BEFORE sending them the phone, I thought this was odd. I emailed them explaining that there should NOT be an iCloud attached to the phone, to which their response was 'we are processing a refund'. How bloody dodgy is that, trying to get into my stuff?? Also, I own a mac book which is linked to my phone and stated that I had facetimed one of my friends whilst the phone was in QMF care? Very odd and completely uncalled for. They asked me to wait 10-14 working days for my refund. I have emailed them this morning, on the 14th working day, (before 10:00am might I add and they are open til 4pm) to state that I have not received my refund and as its friday they have not responded and I will now have to wait until Monday for a response. I am utterly disgusted and partly blame myself as I did read the awful reviews before and geniunely thought that it wouldn't happen to me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Don't do what I did and focus on the positive reviews because I would not be surprised if they have paid someone off to write them rather than sort out their customer service.

Dreadful service. I would not use again. Ignore the marketing blurb which states items are "Usually despatched within 24-48 hours" and "We will repair quickly and efficiently keeping you informed every step of the way". In my case, total rubbish. Quick Mobile Fix:
* did not repair the phone "quickly and efficiently keeping me informed every step of the way" as stated in its blurb;
* breached its own terms and conditions which state: "If for any reason your repair will take longer (24-48 hours) you will be notified with a reason and an estimated completion date". Not in my case they didn't and trying to get any information/update was impossible;
* did not respond to my email asking for information;
* gave me mis-information in an abrupt and discourteous on-line chat;

If I could leave no stars I would! QMF sold me a phone which they led me to believe was100% genuine Apple, it was not! In this case, half price meant half quality. In short I have had non-stop problems with it, some they made me pay for, they took 2 weeks to return it and were very reluctant o communicate with me by phone, email and Twitter.
Apparently A grade parts does not mean fully 100% Apple, so don't be fooled there. Their 'glass' is not as tough as Apple's (I have an email from Apple verifying this).
On mine could not turn the shutter sound off (apparently this is because it came from china - nice).
The screen was faulty, every time a clicked e.g. 'message' it would open up some other random app and often the screen would freeze and do absolutely nothing.
Apple Pay wouldn't work.
There were problems connecting to the internet.
After some time the microphone would not work.
I apparently broke the screen (see previous comment re. Apple screen), I paid to have it repaired, since then the screen is popping up on a bottom corner, pushed up by components inside.
I have recently returned it for this repair, but only after 2 phone calls waiting a minimum of 25 minutes each for the calls to be answered then at least another 15 minuted discussing the issue and persuading them it was their responsibility as they only repaired the screen 5 months ago. They tried to say the phone was out of warranty, it was but not the screen repair!
Previously When I did send the ph to them for repair it was under sufferance by them, they were very reluctant to repair it despite the warranty and then took 2 weeks to return it!
Since then the phone has still never been right and I have struggled on because it is so difficult dealing with them.
Staff are impatient and unsympathetic, cursory and totally uninterested.
I sent my phone back to them for the latest repair 10 days ago and have since heard noting, not even receipt of the phone!
Dreadful company and I rue the day I evert trusted them, and I am really not one of those constant complainers, but this has just been such a negative experience, I am so frustrated and annoyed to be sucked in by them. This may not happen to everyone but it does happen far too often and you may be next. Do not give this crew your hard earned money!

I ordered a refurbished Iphone from Quickfixmobile on 27 June and received an email saying it would be delivered in between 5-7 days. The money was taken from my credit card on the same day. After 5 weeks, endless email exchanges and attempted phone calls during which I've been held in a queue only to be cut off after 20 mins, I still have no phone. 2 weeks ago it was apparently sent out for delivery but when I track it, it says it's still in the depot. I've been out of the country so couldn't ring but as I've told customer services, I'm back now and want my phone. To be fair, they are quick to reply to emails but the problem is it's never the same person and they never answer the questions I ask them. Over the last few days I have repeatedly asked for a named person (preferably a manager) and a direct telephone line. This has been ignored. I'm now at a loss to know what to do next. I'm hoping they might reply to this review.

Ordered 2 phones in October - they took a month to arrive. One phone was faulty which we sent back and they agreed to a replacement on January 17th. We are still waiting for the replacement - keeping getting fobbed off with "it'll be dispatched early next week", "it will be dispatched by the end of the week". Asked for a refund - they refused. Now have no phone and they still have our money.
Make sure you read other people's reviews of this company - they are not to be trusted.
I ordered my new XS iPhone on October 29th.
It was never delivered. I then asked for a refund, now the company has become unresponsive. I can t believe companies like this can even exist today. I now have to escalate this fraudulent company to the police.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. it s not worth the risk. They are fraudulent.
As per the last two reviews on here the Customer Service is appalling, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY- the phone number given is constantly engaged, I've had emails back from the company just with platitudes.
I ordered the phone for my son's Birthday six weeks ago, and still no sign of it. I have insisted on a refund and still no reply.
Clearly if the phone isn't in stock they just take the money off you regardless of not having what you ordered and not telling you the truth!!

Simply one of the worst customer experience I've had. Over 2 months (about 10 weeks) to sort this out and only because pay pal sorted it in the end...in less than 1 day! Avoid. Bunch of clowns. After 10 days or so my phone didn't arrive, i cancelled. Told 30 days for refund. Waited over 30. Called and said if it's easier please send the phone. Never came. Full of excuses and promises...'itll be there by Wednesday, its with our dispatch team, il have a colleague call you today'. All BS. Nothing quick about it. Ive read their replies to other comments and yea they chucked those lines at me too.
Phone didn't arrive after 2 months so cancelled - and took them 5 MONTHS to refund me after me endlessly emailing them to chase, it was draining. Do not use this company
Please avoid at all cost. They took well over two weeks to even dispatch a phone despite numerous emails. Then I was I told the colour I ordered wasn t available but I could have a different coloured one delivered sooner. However the delivery never arrived nor was even attempted. I personally am now about being legal proceedings against this company . If anybody else has had a similar experience please feel free to contact me.
This company doesn t Even deserve a 1 star but this review is to hopefully save somebody else the trouble/time/effort/energy. I brought a phone from them that was faulty, returned it which please bare in mind this alone took over 2 months to do and 6 months later, today I ve waiting for them to refund me. Only this morning after all this time they returned then money.
