I ordered a iphone X 64 gb handset at 'Good to Excellent' condition. It didnt arrive till 20 days later!!!! I kept calling customer services, being held on hold for 50+ minutes, and been kept feeding lies by the team that they would have dispatched my item in the next 24 hours. Once the item had arrived it has deep scratches on the back, dents on the sides, deep scuffs on the volume and lock button, AND EVEN YELLOW AND BROWN DIRT in the volume and speaker holes. I immediately sent the phone back and asked for a replacement. It has been nearly 2 weeks and i still have not received my replacement!!!
I should have paid attention to the previous reviews and not purchased from this deceiving company. They were quick to take my money and have taken the absolute mick to deliver my handset and offer me a minor compensation for my next purchase, which I will never be using!!!!
PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS POOR QUALITY COMPANY!!!!
