Arrived a couple of days later. I was expecting a few light scratches on the case and screen, but it was absolutely spotless. It even came in a box with charger, stylus, screen cover and case. Chuffed to bits with it....my daughter hasn't even realised that it's refurbished.Recommended.

Sent my refurbished iPhone off for a 5-7 day warranty repair, then still had to buy a new battery (this was out of warranty), and didn't get my phone back until 14 days later, with a defective mic (thorough post repair QC??).

I then contacted them and was told I'd get my phone replaced (but wouldn't get to keep the brand new battery I'd paid for, instead I'd get the 2nd hand one that came with the replacement phone).
They eventually repaired the mic and said they'd send it back. I confirmed my home address by phone (work address previously used). The tracking notification then came through, showing my work address so I contacted them again and told them to change the address which they then confirmed they had done. Then surprise surprise the phone arrives at my work when it is too late to collect before Christmas so no phone until January now.

Every time I ask to be contacted by someone with authority to do something about this I get ignored apart from another patronising and meaningless 'sorry for the inconvenience' email. I have been tolerant, polite and reasonable throughout but Quick Mobile Fix have left me no option but to leave this honest review.

Ordered item on the 6th and 6 days later it still wasn t shipped. Contacted them and they were very polite and apologised. On the 18th I contacted again as the phone still had not been shipped, I was advised 1 to 4 working days. 25th the item still hasn t been shipped.



After reading other reviews I ve simply requested AMEX take the money back.

Great service. Ordered a replacement iPhone 5c screen and downloaded the postage label. Took to local Post Office on Monday and the repaired phone arrived back on the Thursday. Great comms with update on progress and full tracking details once despatched. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and have already recommended to friends.

Im very disappointed with quickmobilefix I purchased my 2 daughters a phone each for Christmas the delivery took a while and when they arrived they looked perfect but after my daughters opened them we found one worked perfectly but the other one the no sim message was on wouldn't accept sim the home button feels dodgy and the battery health 80% but runs out after a little while. I've been trying to get bk in touch with them and still waiting for this 2nd email with details of returns I'm not getting much feedback from them as I've a very sad and upset child for them spoiling her Christmas I would not be recommending this company to anyone

The worst company I have dealt with - do not trust them. The customer service is non existent.

1. It took a month for my new phone to arrive
2. I was told it had been delivered when it had not been
3. Finally got the phone and the screen was broken - unresponsive to touch and finger print ID didn't work
4. Returned this phone 2 weeks later got it returned
5. Was returned without the charging cable and other parts which I had been told to include when I returned my phone
6. The 'fixed' phone was returned with further problems: rubber/glue around the edges where the screen had been stuck back on and the screen colour was dull, all colours were different when comparing to other iphones
7. Tried to return the phone and asked for a full refund and they are being difficult

They refused to acknowledge my refund until I begged and threatened legal action. They said the refund would be processed in 30 days but I m on day 24 and still nothing. Devastating to lose so much money (and time).

Not a good experience. They provided a phone that had originally been bought in the UAE and consequently was not configured to use FaceTime. I returned it in early March and as of late May I'm still waiting to get my refund.

I was so pleased with my first purchase of a refurbished iPhone 5s that I bought another for my daughter. Faultless service, excellent communication, fast delivery and easy tracking of order (able to see exactly where my package was and when it would arrive). The phones are both as described and are absolute bargains at the price. I haven't used QMF for phone repair so can't comment on that service. But I highly recommend them if you want an iPhone at an amazing price. Fantastic service, thank you .

Almost a month since they have had my phone. Last week they replied to a review I left saying it s processing . How can it take so long to process?? Despite them saying 3-5 days! I ve been without my phone or money to purchase a new one for so long because of this company. Still won t answer their phone. All I can think to do is contact the police.

In response to the comment from vendor: the customer service's response to repeated requests on repair status update throughout the week was that the device was still undergoing repair and it would take another 24-48 hours to fix it. After more prodding the customer response became: "we need more time to test the device." Nothing was ever said about the delay was caused by the fact that the device sent in was IPAD Air not Air 2.

I literally just had the most frustrating customer service experience I have ever gone through in my 34 years on this planet.

I sent my phone for repair on 27th April.

On the 5th of May they tell me they do not have the screen to complete the repair. Apparently it will take 4-7 days more.

On the 27th of May they allegedly send me a mail to say they had the screen which I did not receive.

On the 28th they forward me the mail again to say they have the screen, but it's not the right color clearly from the photo they have attached. The screen is a cheap looking replica

I'm 40 euro out of pocket from shipping expenses.
I'm a month without my phone
Such a huge hassle.

They are clearly fraudulent as they have now tred to hide their Google reviews!!! Most likely because it is alot harder to put fake ones via Google! Disgusting creatures!!!

They bark on about 10 days delivery but you are not notified about this until after they take your money! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Then reply with their terrible templates!

And as you can see from their response below, THEY REALLY DO NOT CARE AND HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

You will not receive your phone despite them taking your money which they will try not to refund.

Disgusting how a company could do this to people at this time of year! How many peoples Christmas will be ruined by them.

I have saved up for my daughters Xmas present and now they have left me stuck. They will not deliver in time for Christmas despite being ordered well in advance.

The positive reviews are clearly fake. You just need to read the negative ones to find that out.

Trading standards will be notified.

If I could go for 0 stars I would. One of the worst companies I ever came across. From the time I bought the phone and not even a 8 month, till I sent for repair. All experience. Very, very, very disappointed. I don't know how company's are aloud to be in business like them. Wasting your money and time also going through stress. I would of like to write more but I think its company won't change. An less people stop doing business with them.

I would not recommend Quick Mobile Fix, ordered an iPad mini that was apparently 'in stock' and nearly 6 weeks later it still hadn't arrived. I emailed regularly asking where my order was and when I could expect delivery to which they kept promising me I would have it by 'by the middle - end of next week'.

My iPad never arrived and I ended up cancelling my order.

I ordered the IPhone X on the 2nd April and still haven't received my order, When i placed the order i was appalled to get n email saying that it would take 7-10 working days to arrive and got told that they would send me email updates on the status of my order which i have not received 1 yet. So 9 days goes past (16/04/2020) i decided to contact them to see where my order is to then be told that the phone has to go through testing before they send it out! (Which it should be tested before they advertise it) As i said to them this is basically false advertisement as they are getting people to pay for their products when the product is not available, instead of them denying this or trying to help with the order i then get asked if i want my phone or want a refund which will take 14 working days to process (if my phone has not arrived in the time-frame they had told me how long would it take for my money to be refunded to me?). so i left this and told them to carry on with the order and that if my phone does not arrive by the 20th April (today) or i do not here anything back from them i will be reporting them to trading standards which i have, and guess what still no contact and no phone from them and they still have my money. For your own benefits i would avoid even going on the website i don't usually complain about things but this is ridiculous now. I just want my Phone!! Please for your own benefit JUST AVOID! I cancelled an order on 1st March 2018 after they sent me a faulty phone. No refund has been done till today 13.03.18. Their customer phone is nonsense, they keep you holding 20-30 minutes and then they disconnect the line. Emailing them is another rubbish as they respond with a generic reply. Total fraud.

- Later than it said it would be and the plastic screen protector was already covered in dirt and therefore not sticky.

- In poor condition, several dents and marks in the plastic cover. Additionally. The screen was not fitted well, it sticks out on one side, if i put the phone flat on a table, you could visibly notice that the screen was not straight and could be pushed down on one side.

After a week of enjoying the phone the screen became unusable, totally unresponsive to touch and tapped randomly by itself. After getting it sent back to be fixed the new screen still had not been installed correctly, still noticeably coming out on one side as mentioned before but did work.

8 months later, the screen is starting to tap randomly and become totally unresponsive as before. The new screen was clearly only a temporary fix.

Would not recommend to anyone, under any circumstances, ever!

Order no ID 206941. Quite frankly the worst customer service I have experienced. Ordered phone on 29th November for a Christmas present. After 10 days it still hadn t arrived so I had to chase. I received a reply to say it would be delivered that week. I asked for confirmation it would definitely be delivered before Christmas to which they said they would do their best. I said it was no good to me if not delivered before Christmas and if they couldn t I wanted to cancel my order. Again they said they would do their best. Tried calling them but gave up as 26 in the queue so I emailed asking the order be cancelled and I be refunded. This was the 19th December. Received email on the 20th saying their cancellation department was closed until the 2nd January and my phone was due for dispatch first week of January. Later on the 19th December I received an automated email saying my order had been despatched. Joy! Oh no, then received automated message next day saying that message had been generated in error! I send a strongly worded email demanding immediate refund to which they replied saying they can t do that as phone as already been despatched. The phone did arrive on the 21st. Unfortunately though the sound quality was very poor and required a new hearing piece at our expense. I suspect they simply sent any old phone out to keep me quiet. Dreadful experience!

I ve used QuickMobileFix twice, having ordered an iPhone 6s and an iPhone X. My brother has also had an iPhone X from them, and a friend brought a refurbished iPad quite recently.

We have all been very pleased with the refurbished products - the iPhone 6s was virtually pristine despite being sold only as good condition .

The iPhone X that I ordered more recently has a few light scuffs around the edge, but once in a case it looks as good as new; the screen is fine and so far the phone has been working perfectly.

Only minor criticism is that it does take a while to get the products dispatched (usually around 2 weeks), but now I know this is the case I allow plenty of time between ordering and when I think I ll need to replacement phone so it s not a problem.

If you re not in an urgent rush for a phone or tablet and can wait a few days, I can t recommend highly enough!

Took two weeks and two attempts to fix, eventually phone was returned with the back panel not stuck on properly and the NFC antenna MISSING not to mention an inferior quality non OEM screen with washed out colours.

Posting here as this appears to be the only place you can get a response from this company...! I purchased an iphone on 7th August for my daughters birthday under the impression it would be dispatched next day delivery, as stated on the website, they take the money from your account and then send an email telling you that they will dispatch the order after 10 working days by next day courier. Well 10 working days came and went and still no email with the tracking info for the next day delivery. You get no response to any emails until you threaten to pass it on to a fraud team and suddenly they have an answer, delays due to quality checks apparently but they still can not tell me when this will be delivered. I had emailed when i found out it would not be next day delivery to find out if this would be delivered in time for my daughters birthday and if not could they refund this, they ignored that email and still failed to answer that in their response to my last email. My daughters bday in in 4 days and she will now not have a present thanks to this company.

Bought 3 refurbished IPhones two for my daughters and one for my son and just ordered a fourth IPhone for myself so far had no problems with any of the phones so am very pleased with them.Been great service can't complain they usually arrive in about 3 to four days the phones look like new so well worth a look and save yourself some money getting them in grade A is the best I think, That's the condition of the phones I've bought so far .

I had to cancel my order as they couldn't guarantee delivery within a week, which makes me think they don't actually hold the devices in stock. It was an easy process to cancel the order, but it has taken me nearly two months to actually receive the refund apparently due to a system error. These things happen but what was incredibly frustrating was that I was told on multiple occasions that the refund had been processed, when it hadn't and it has taken daily emails to get this sorted. My advice: don't order from QuickMobileFix unless you are happy to wait months for a refund.

I keep emailing them and they keep saying they will email me back within 24-48hrs. They are not replying, everytime I reply they send the same reply.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I ordered an iphone 7 and was charged straight away. Three weeks later I e-mailed customer services as I had heard nothing from the company, nor received the phone. They then informed me that there was a delay on my order and offered an alternative colour. Customer service was useless: uncommunicative and different people
contacting you each time who evidently had no information from previous communications. No interest in resolving customer problems.
Phone arrived after almost a month, and is not working less than a week later. If it s not resolved soon, I will be reporting to Trading Standards. This company is a scam and should be avoided like the plague.

Ordered a phone for my daughter and on receiving the order confirmation, saw that delivery was ten days. Tried to cancel the order by telephone but nobody answered so sent an email. No answer. I ended up having to go to their premises and cancel the order in person and then demand a refund. The customer service manager was not helpful so I asked to speak to the person who owned the Porsche in the carpark. Shock, horror this self important piece of work doesn't speak with customers so I would have to do with the numpty I was speaking to. This was December 18th only to be told that the finance department had finished for Christmas and that I would have to wait until the new year. The long and short of it is if you need a refurbished phone order from Music Magpie- mine arrived next day and was cheaper.
Also, if these morons are giving you the run around regarding refunds, speak to your card issuer- they will pick it up for you and just get the money back if this shower are playing games. Its the law.

I would not even give it a one star I would give this company a 0. I purchased a phone on the 16 Arpril 2020 I was told I would receive the handset within 7-10 working days. After two weeks I had to chase them up through emails as there is no phone number. And once I sent a email I had to wait so many days or weeks for a response which sounded like it was written by a robot. No sympathy whatsoever from the customer service team. Then after 3 weeks they couldn t tell me how long the phone would take to get sent out angry was an understatement. So then I said you don t have no information I want a refund. They told me I had to wait 14 days for a refund. It s been over 14 days and still no refund so I had to chase them up again baring in mind I haven t heard a thing from them no updates, nothing. So I sent a few emails on several accasions asking where my refund is. They only got back to me now saying I would have to wait until the 22 June 2020 which is almost 3 months in total. Full of excuses. I would not recommend this company at all. Thief s and liars. Worse experience I have ever experienced. I got an iPhone 5c for a friend whose really not confident ordering online. It arrived after approx 3-4 days in good looking condition and I only mark 3 star as all is well thus far but I will say A big negative is that the battery runs down on it really fast, like within 20 to 30 mins use and that's Bluetooth & wifi off. I'm unsure if I'm up for returning based on others comments of UK Mail. My friends not said much more to me I hope he's still talking to me. .

He ask for a refund and been told 14 days. Disgusting. I will be taking this to watchdog if he don't get his refund

I have personally used Quick Mobile Fix three times in the past year and have been very happy with the service provided each time. I first bought a refurbished iPhone 5 as a Christmas present. It arrived promptly and was in fantastic condition (as advertised). It has been in constant daily use by my daughter and we have experienced no problems at all with it :) Happy kids = Happy mum!! Secondly I used the repair service to diagnose an unknown problem with my sons Samsung S5. Within 48 hrs the phone had been looked at and a repair quote received. The problem was exactly what I thought it was and the price quoted was similar to other on-line companies and shops. We went ahead with the repair and the phone was sent back promptly with a very good repair. Thirdly I used Quick Fix Mobile to replace the screen on yet another phone my son had cracked!! The price was very fair and the postage each was was free and insured. I have found QFM to be quick, fair and very good value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family alike.

Horrendous service! they sold me a phone that they didn't ship for three weeks and then told me it would be delayed over a month. I cancelled the order and still waiting for my refund 3 weeks later. They told me it would be issued with in 2 weeks but no such luck. Every time I contact them to ask how long my refund will take I am greeted with the same response.

The reviews on here really worried me and it took just over 3 weeks from order to delivery. However, their customer service team (contactable over email only) were very helpful and they kept me in the loop throughout the whole process whenever I asked. I now have the phone and so far, its in mint condition. Worth it in the end.

6 months have passed since initial order, and all those months I had no phone, and spent time waiting for their next excuse over e-mail. I am keeping the last phone, simply because I don't want to do anything with them anymore, but I already bought another one, much cheaper and better phone too.

Quick Mobile Fix might have been good company once. Not anymore. Avoid at all costs and if you have already placed order and waiting for your phone - I strongly suggest to ask for a refund ASAP.

Ordered an iPhone 8 in perfect condition in the original box and that s exactly what I got including the headphone adapter and sim pin, the phone had no scratches at all and works perfect. Dispatch is between 7-10 days so after a week it was sent and they emailed to say, and then it came the next day! Can t fault the company, and the phone has got a year warranty as well, delivery could just be a tad quicker!
