Day 1: I ordered a phone and they took money from ...

Day 1: I ordered a phone and they took money from my account the same day, with expected delivery of 1-4 days.
Day 13: I emailed them because I had heard nothing. They told me it would be dispatched in 1-4 days
Day 19: I emailed again and they said 'sorry' but no dispatch date!
Day 27: I emailed again with a formal complaint to say if not dispatched within 5 days I wanted a full refund.
Day 30: They sent me a tracking number for my order...which turned out to be nothing to do with me. They apologised again!
Day 37: They did not give me a refund but said the phone had been dispatched.
Day 38. Received!
