This has got to be one of the worst companies if you have a dispute they have no telephone number to call and everything is automated emails. I tried to order a Phone but the order didn t go through although the money was taken from my card I am still trying to get my money back. I ve had to raise a dispute with my card company because I cannot get any reply from QuickFix mobile apart from an Automated email service
