I am appalled with the experience I've had with Quick Mobile Fix. I sent off my Huawei P9 for a screen repair, it took around 10 days to receive it back, my tracking order didn't work so was continuously asking for an update and the replies (prompt as they were) were very vague. E.g. 'your device is with a technician, this usually takes up to 3 days to turn around' but this would be sent every time I asked for an update.

I eventually received my device back, and noticed that the screen wasn't fully flat and there was light coming through the gaps around the edges (photos attached). There were also light marks below the screen which I was concerned were more than just aesthetic issues. So I got in touch to ask what they would do. They said I could send it back and they would repair it again - under the guarantee - free of charge. I asked if they could try and process it as quickly as possible as I have a family wedding at the weekend and the camera on the P9 is the reason I bought the phone & i'd really value having it back by the weekend. I paid special delivery to speed up the process.

I had a reply to tell me the reason the screen was not laying flat was due to a bent bezel. I asked what this meant and what the implications would be for me and they sent yet another vague email to say it would need replacing, no notification of extra cost, if so what cost, how long this would take etc. And 3 follow up emails on I still had none of this information. I was also refused a phone call as I thought this would be a quicker way of coming to a solution. So I asked for a clear response to each of my questions from a manager who told me that it was an issue caused by their bad repair the first time round, no they wouldn't cover the costs, no they wouldn't pay special delivery, and would I like to go ahead with the repair... STILL NOT TELLING ME HOW MUCH THIS WOULD COST!

I am horrified that you could do a bad repair job, offer a 12 month guarantee and then not pay for the issue that you caused!

I will not be recommending the service and will push for a free refund and some compensation for the time wasted.
