Worst Experience ever. I bought two devices in the past, and recommend to friends and family. In my last order, they send me a broke device (Just charge once you clearly notice) And I send it back. Well, is more 75 days since I bought it, and I don't received the refund yet. Also I need to write them more than 3 times because they don't even explain you what is going on. They put me two dead lines when I suppose to receive my money, but no notice yet. Also they apologies cause they don't have enough people, but cancel my last review just 5 minutes after my expire date to present order ID, so seems like is more important hide bad reviews than do a good service.
