My main issue with ordering from here is the time I had to wait to receive my phone. I had to wait an extra 9-10 days than expected.
Customer service was ok. They responded to my emails and then did send it out within the timescale they then said.
The reason I was told for the delay was that until an order is received the phones advertised are untested and unprepared. So the delay was going through this process. It seems that if the phones could be tested and prepared before advertised that they are in stock, then I think the shipping problems that they seem to have (looking at other reviews) could be reduced.
It's a shame that we had this delivery issue as it does put me off from ordering from them again. Buying a phone is very expensive and so then it's a little unnerving when the product isn't received on time.
