Ordered a phone for my daughters birthday on 6th June, never received. Can never get through on phone, sent emails and had responses fobbing me off saying I was the next person to be sent a phone. This went on for a few more days and so I ordered one from elsewhere and received it the next day. Cancelled the order and was told a refund would be with me in up to 14 working days! NOPE! Contacted them, was fobbed off again. Had to contact the financial ombudsman who told me to request a final response letter from them. Lo and behold my refund was received that same day. Please please do not deal with this company. Quick fix mobile don t bother responding to this review, if you were sorry about this you would t have so many negative reviews.
