DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Worst experience with a company I have ever had. Im fairly certain they are scammers. Been almost a month since I ordered my phone. They kept promising to dispatch my phone "at the end of this week" for 2 weeks in a row. Customer "advisors" yelled at me after I said i will be reporting for fraud and hung up on my call after AN HOUR of waiting time of the phone. Decided to cancel and ask for a refund, because if dispatching the phone is this unprofessional who knows what the quality of the phone is going to be. Asked for a refund 12 days ago in which I was told that they will email me a confirmation of my cancellation within 24-48 hours after which they will refund me in 14 days, I still have not gotten the confirmation of my cancellation or the refund after several emails. I cannot put into words the amount of stress and time it has taken me to deal with this company and at this point I am just hoping to get my 300 pounds back.
