Bought I phone X had for 2 weeks and had to send back as screen faulty. Apparently repair takes 24 to 48 hours but guy said it will take 3 weeks as part not in stock!! No updates by phone or email I contacted them everytime to get updates. Then waiting over an hour to speak to someone on the phone. I guess because of the vast number of complaints. Worst customer service I've experienced, business model and processes are shockingly bad. I regret my purchase and will definitely not be returning. Stay well clear of this shoddily run company.
