Exceedingly poor service. I booked my repair (cracked screen) on the 10th June, and sent my phone to the company on 22nd June. Nevertheless I had to wait for parts until the 4th July. On the 6th July I received an email requesting the pass code for my device. I refused to give them this, as I did not require them to do further tests - simply to replace the cracked glass (the digitiser worked perfectly). Cue a frustrating exchange of emails, which led to them refusing to carry out the repair. I requested a refund, which is as of today (24th July) still hasn't been received. Avoid this company.
