I ordered an iPad and case for my daughters Christ...

I ordered an iPad and case for my daughters Christmas present at the beginning of December, 2 weeks later it had not come so I emailed them, they replied they could no longer fulfill the order and I would get a refund within 14 days, after several emails and a promise of a refund several times I still have not had the money back so I am contacting the fraud line to report them.
Do not use this site as they are not able to deliver what they say !
