Although i'm sure in most cases people get their phone on time and delivered to the right place, I had an absolute nightmare!

Funds were taken out of my account on the Thursday, then I got numerous automated emails to say they can't deliver to a work or office address if its not the same as the billing address

Then you hear nothing for a week. I followed up twice and then someone miraculously found my email after a system fault. Be prepared to sit on the phone for 10+ minutes waiting for customer services

Two days later the phone still hasn't been sent to me and I even offered to send a courier to collect the phone at my own expense. Guess what 'we don't offer a collection service'
