Don t trust this company. I bought an IPhone, and it turned out that the charging port was not working. This shows that quick mobile doesn t check the phone before sending to you. Moreover they did not want to pay the postage to return the faulty goods !!!!
I read very bad stuff on quick mobile website, the next I will trust it.
Go away and buy you stuff with another website !!!!

Ordered a refurbished phone which was supposed to ship in about 5 days. Took over 4 weeks. And the phone they sent was faulty.
I dare not send it back as I doubt I'll ever see it or my money again.
The company web site says they work from an office on an industrial estate and that you can pop in for repairs, but when I asked about that they say they no longer do that - so their website lies. Looking on Google Maps, the office is gone!
They no longer answer their phone at all and even their web chat seems to be offline most of the time.
Do not trust them, do not order from them.
I'm taking my complaint to Trading standards.
Hopefully, others will earn from my review and not be caught out by these people.

I ordered an iPhone X on 21st of January for my sons Birthday on the 4th Feb. Firstly all over the website it states next day delivery but what they don t tell you till AFTER you purchase the phone is that they do not dispatch the phone till 10 working days then post by next day delivery...

I have waited over 2.5 weeks and still not received anything. I tried ringing for over an hour waited on hold numerous times only to get cut off... this proves this is a one man band
working out of a shed.Till this day I have not got through to anyone even though I must have rang 30 plus times....

I emailed and had a few responses which basically kept Fobbing me off. They could not answer a simple question... where exactly is my phone now? Which leads me to believe they have not got one. The last email I received they said we would like 24-48hrs more ( I am already on working day 12) to do some final qc checks on the phone. Why would it still need to be checked when it is advertised as working and good to excellent condition.

Finally when I asked for a refund I was emailed back saying it would take 30 DAYS!! To process
Glad I paid by PayPal.

Great repair for a dropped ipad with shattered glass. The quality of the repair was superb and looks exactly like the original. The turn around time was a couple of days with good online tracking. I will definitely use these guys again and would recommend them without hesitation.

This was back in December 2020 and I still have no refund (8th March 2021). I filed a complaint with my bank for the debit card and informed Quick Mobile Fix to let the bank know if they refund. Quick Mobile Fix did not seem to read the email trail as they set a deadline for refund of 5th April despite already saying 25th February 2021. I can easily see why people call it a scam.

I placed my order and got a great deal around the time of Black Friday, the phone arrived and upon just a quick inspection I decided it was fine however it was a Christmas gift and I only decided to charge it up before wrapping late on the evening of Fri 21st Dec - there was a problem with the phone. There was a little frustration on my side due to the timings as there was an office shutdown over the festive period although there was a skeleton staff. However once they were back up and running properly on Jan 2nd they sorted everything quickly with minimum chasing on my part, they couldn't fix the error and replaced it. I would definitely recommend this company as yes there was a problem but they did resolve it and the customer service was good.

Requested refund, been told that would take 6 WEEKS!!

Please avoid them, they are a cowboy outfit and will rob you blind. I have reported to various watchdogs, trading standards and citizens advice.

Although I received a revised offer for my device, it still took over two weeks for my order to be processed. It is incredibly difficult to contact them over the phone and they are slow to respond to emails, I personally would describe them as Slow Mobile Fix.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. As every other recent review seems to show (I'm so sorry I didn't check myself before ordering), the whole thing is only just short of a scam. They never made it clear that it would be 10 days until they shipped my phone - not that it mattered because this number is a lie. I have been waiting for 2.5 weeks and After contacting customer service on the 10th day as advised I was told that they "aim to" dispatch the phone sometime in the next week. Aim to? Well I "aim to" get my money back and report you for fraud if it isn't in my hand and working wonderfully by Friday, but that's just me. I would never order from these people again, the prices are what they are for good reason.

On the 8th of October I placed an order to Quick Mobile Fix for a Samsung Galaxy S6 (32GB) and didn't receive it (shipping shoud have been 3-5 working days) because of their fault - they did not have the pearl-white phone colour which I ordered (when I ordered and paid money - this information wasn't mentioned). They didn't even offer me a different colour until I contacted them for the 9th time on 19th of October. As of 19th of October I have cancelled this order because they told me that they didn't have the colour that I ordered. So I requested a refund for the sum that I have paid to them, which was supposed to take from 3 to 5 working days (as they have informed me).

As of the 6th working day I still hadn't received the refund from them. So I contacted with The Consumer Rights.That way I received an email from this service in which they answered me, that they have spoken to their account department and confirmed that they will be issuing a full refund shortly.

However, I have been recieving letters like this one from 19th of October - they keep promising, but nothing changes. It is obvious now, that they are unreliable and ignorant to the deadlines that they set. Looking to the database of Trustpilot it seems that this is not the first time that clients are complaining about their careless service despite the effort to conceal it with quick-written, uninformative responses and constant stalling.

So with the help and support of The Consumer Rights I have finally received my money back on the 28th of October.

They then say since you ve only contacted us today, looks like you ve been using the phone. I have been chasing a total refund which was supposed to be this week, still no sign or response from the company despite numerous emails.

I have emailed them and got a response saying that it will be another month Are you joking me? What sort of company is this! They just fob you off and say they are working on it hoping that you will go way.

So after this post, Quick Mobile Fix have fobbed me off for another 2 weeks giving a weak excuse for not paying my refund. If they can do this in 2 weeks why couldn't they do it 2 weeks ago.
This is my second poor review of this company and after the first should have learned about customer service. Very quick to take my money in April. Never delivered my mobile phone and still awaiting a refund after nearly 3 months with numerous poor excuses. I am now taking legal action to recover my money and I will post this experience on every review site I can find until you pay me every penny you owe!

I have ordered from this site 3 times now and had a good experience the very first time I ordered. The second time was January, where they took ages to deliver, but I wasn't desperate for the phone so was willing to wait. The phone worked for about 3 weeks before the battery started becoming an issue and the phone would just turn off at 80%. After about a month and a half of this, it fully just stopped working, to which I tried to get it fixed but was unable to. I thought I'd order from here again, seeing as I've had a good experience the first time and so I placed my order on the 9th to which I received an email saying it should be dispatched within 7 working days and I'll receive a tracking number. 11 days passed and still no phone, but also no emails or updates from them, very poor with communication. So I emailed in to enquire and they said it could be an additional 1-4 days due to quality checks and 2 days later, received another email saying that it's due to be dispatched on the 30th and that there is no need to contact the customer service team because "they're working really hard to get your order to you" clearly not, or the phone would have been here when first stated it would arrive. I'm still waiting on this phone and need it for work so this is just a major inconvenience. I will not be ordering from here again, very dissatisfied with the service

Bought a refurbished iPhone 6S and, after a month, very happy with it. Good quality and reliable. Quick delivery and good customer service too.

Had already used QuickMobileFix for two repairs to other mobiles and been very happy with the results. One minor niggle on the second repair was that it came back with a lot of glue/grease on it - which I note another reviewer has commented on. But the repair itself was fine, and good value too.

My son has ordered phones from here before and they had been OK. So I got him to order one again mid December for a Christmas present. Similar to other reviews. It did not arrive until mid January after a lot of chasing. I had ordered the top finish but when I opened it, it has the screen not pushed in and chips to the surround. I had great difficulty getting hold of the company as they use a bot system. Finally I got so frustrated I requested money back and posted back to them. Now mid February still no refund and considering legal action. In summary if you are lucky and you get a good phone, be happy. If there are any issues then good luck. This is obviously a poorly run company that puts turnover above customer service. As others have said AVOID.

Fantastic service and excellent, professional and (a rare treat) friendly customer service. All email contact was courteous, non-defensive and fast. The response to a subsequent problem was professonal and the solution flexible. I was not expecting too great a service from an internet handset provider, but QMF proved to be a pleasant and welcome surprise. If you measure any company on how it treats customers when things may not be quite right first time, then QMF are excellent. Based on this experience I will deffinitely use and recommend them again.

This was my first time using quick mobile fix and i have to say it is a abysmal.

My screen broke so i wanted to get it fixed in the quickest time possible so opted for there quick walk in service option. We tried to phone using the number supplied on there website but with no one picking up we guessed it would be easy to just drive down from London so we arrived. To my surprise the business is in the middle of no where surrounded by old industrial business and not the correct location based on there google maps but after driving around for 30-45 min's we eventually found it.


We dropped it off and it took a week to be sent back which we was promised 24hr only to have a Chinese knock off screen (not Samsung original and break a few weeks later to get it sent back)

PHONE BATTERY DIDN'T WORK PROPERLY , TOUCH DIDN'T WORK PROPERLY, CHARGER DIDN'T WORK AND MIND YOU THIS WAS PRISTINE CONDITION, SENT IT BACK FOR REPAIR AND WAS WITHOUT PHONE FOR ALMOST A WEEK AND CAME BACK WITH SAME FAULTY CHARGER THOUGH IT WAS PROMISED THAT NEW CHARGER HAVE BEEN SENT WHICH WAS NEVER RECEIVED. PHONE TOUCH STILL DOESN'T AT TIMES, HAVE TO BUY NEW CHARGER WHICH HAS AGAIN COSTED ME. SILENT BUTTON ON THE SIDE NOW SOMETIMES CREATES PROBLEM. CAN'T KEEP SENDING BACK THIS PHONE FOR REPAIR JUST BECAUSE IT IS UNDER WARRANTY AS WE CAN'T AFFORD TO STAY WITHOUT PHONE FOR A WEEK WHICH COSTS US MORE THAN COST OF PHONE. JUST ENJOY SHOPPING FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU LOT OF SPARE MONEY TO WASTE BUT JUST IN CASE YOU HAVE WORKED HARD TO EARN YOUR MONEY THEN GO BUY YOUR PHONES FROM SOME REPUTED STORES RATHER THAN HERE. DON T use this company I haven t received my phone. Tried contacting them with no response, I cancelled my order and they informed me a refund will take up to 3 weeks. Diane in customer services is a complete waste of time, they take your money the same day but can t return it. I will post a review everyday until I receive my refund.

FURTHER UPDATE 9 November. I just keep getting emails telling me they are processing my refund. It has been 5 working days past the 10-14 working days that I should have received my refund for an order I originally cancelled two days after placing it on 25 September.

They are very quick to contact me on here telling me that they are looking into my refund but it has still not materialised.

Update of the terrible service on top of terrible service. Following on from my original post, see below.

I was assured that they had received back my cancelled order that should never have been sent and that they would process my refund.
"We can confirm we have received your device and it is being processed for a refund. Please allow up to 10-14 working days for this to be processed"

It has now been 15 working days and no refund received.

I say again, AVOID THIS COMPANY if you value your time and sanity.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ENCOUNTERED
This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They NEVER answer the phone and have given me the absolute runaround from the start. I ordered an ipad from them on 25/9. I realised that I ordered the wrong one and two days later cancelled the order. The law is perfectly clear on this issue that you have 14 days from receiving an order placed online to cancel and return it.

This is what has followed so far. Still awaiting a decent response from them:
25/9 Ordered
28/9 Cancelled order - confirmed by QMF
1/10 Called by QMF then emailed asking when I was available the next day. Replied immediately but no call back received
2/10 Told it was dispatched at 6.52 am
2/10 No record of APC courier having received it
3/10 Still consignment number not recognised by APC
4/10 Still no consignment number recognised by APC. Called again. No reply. Emailed. Told I would be contacted shortly
4/10 Told they were aware of the problem and that my item would be delivered 5/10 and that the information would be live tomorrow morning (5/10)
5/10 Waited all day and then courier said that QMF told them not to deliver my item. Courier company informed me that they only received my package on 4/10. Not 2/10 as QMF told me..
5/10 send email. Told I would be contacted ASAP. Called.
8/10 Still awaiting response.
9/10 Sent another email and called 4 times. Still no response.

All they have to do is ask the courier company not to deliver my package and then refund my money.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this company like the plague.

Ordered phone for my son. Did try to phone office but no one answered, managed to contact them on chat. Not particularly helpful just told me to wait longer. Did take a long time from ordering to receiving the phone. Phone works good, for price paid would have thought customer service would have been better.
