Do not buy absolute scam.. boarding on money laundering. Reported to FSA,trading standards no phone and no refund. Phone was ordered on the 7th of August. Read the other reviews. An hour or more wait for customer services,always postion 31 in the queue.
Oh and I like how they only respond to positive reviews! nobody with a negative review has a response from the company. There guys should be in prison for fraud!!.

Their rep Nita has responded after several chases with the same answer that she will get an update on our request for them to send out what was agreed. This has taken two whole months and nothing. Let s see if this wakes them up. Such a shame.

Emailed 20th to chase - replied same day saying still working on my order I replied immediately saying not happy and requested cancellation and refund - No reply
Further email chasing cancellation 21st - no reply
Further email chasing cancellation 22nd - no reply
Emailed 23rd to inform I would contact bank - no reply
Replied 24th asking if I wanted to cancel - same day I replied to say I'd asked for that on 20th!
25th they emailed to say sorry about that and they would look in to cancellation and would take 14 working days to refund!
I replied straight away to say not happy with that reply as already had my money for over 3 weeks and no goods arrived, to take a further 14 working days to refund is not acceptable - No Reply!
27th spoke to my bank and they refunded me and chasing QMF for the funds due to no goods arriving.

Do not buy from this company. I had a terrible experience. Perhaps they have gotten better since but honestly not worth the risk. I ordered a phone in January and by the end of the 10 working days my product hadn't been dispatched. Truthfully, by the 9th working day (which was a friday) I tried to cancel the order because of the scary reviews but was convinced not to by one of their team members. On the 10th day I then went forward to cancel it...the first person i spoke to hung the phone up on me.(Definitely was not a mistake as they did not attempt to call back). I called again a while later and managed to get through after a 40 minute wait on the phone was offered compensation etc etc but I still went ahead with the refund. They state that it will take up to 30 days for the refund to be processed. Given their track record I expected the full 30 days to be expired before receiving a refund. But it has now been well over a month and I am still waiting for the refund. I contacted them recently and they simply pushed the date 'due to the Christmas backlog'. Pushing the date back by over a month. Disappointing. (Order ID ID214357) Really hope they sort out their system in the future but it is really worrying that they think this is OK. They should have been the ones to contact me about the refund delay, if it was indeed a Christmas delay it would have been a foreseen problem

absolutely terrible , do not even deserve one star !!!! I ordered a phone of this company 7 days before I went on holiday. Before I ordered they promised me my phone would arrive before 7 days time. After the 4 working days I asked them when it would arrive, To which they told me " the phone is being sent out today and you will receive it tomorrow". The next day came..still no phone. On the 6th day I rang them up and they fobbed me off again. And said I wouldn't receive my phone till the next week. Despite me expressing that I ordered the phone specifically for my holiday and I was going on holiday the next day and there will be no-one home to sign for the order. I understand sometimes unforeseen circumstances happen but this company had three chances to make me aware. All three chances they fobbed off. The customer service manager clearly did not care about what happened!! customer service seems to be bottom on this companies agenda. Happy to take your money but when things go wrong they show little interest

They took more than a month to fix the faults, got it back again. After next 3 months screen stopped working. Sent it for a repair again, then they took month and a half to tell me that I need to pay extra 120 for a repair. Awful, would never recommend it to anyone

Worst customer experience I ve ever experienced. I placed an order on the 7th August and immediately cancelled it. After two working weeks, the refund had still not gone through and I was told to wait a further 4 working days. It has now been almost a month and i am no closer to receiving my refund.

It doesn t help that customer support takes a day or two to reply to emails, and their contact number is never answered. I honestly would hate to see what occurs inside their offices if this is the way they run their business.

It s honestly better to buy a refurbished phone off of amazon or eBay for a heavily discounted price.

This company does not even deserve a 1 star, it has been the worst company we have ever come across. My husband ordered d a phone towards the end of March and still waiting for it, they keep saying we will get it by this midweek or end of next week. Which they have been saying for the last few weeks. The advisers on the call centre do not have a clue, as they're just passing blame to the dispatch manager. It just seems like they are reading a script.

Orders a grade a reconditioned iPhone 7. Arrived and after checking found multiple faults (spot in the camera, faulty backlight meaning the brightness was off, no waterproof seal inside the casing and missing battery screws). Sent it back requesting a refund. The company claimed not to have received it which took around 2 weeks to locate (funnily enough after I d sent the Royal Mail tracking proof and pointed out they can match from the serial number - incidentally looking at the previous reviews an awful lot of orders and returns seem to be lost in space). They ve agreed to refund which takes 14 working days so more than 2 weeks. They re currently 4 working days over this so 6 in reality and still no sign of a refund.
Original order was placed on the 31st July. Signed for return on the 23rd August, we re in October now and still no money back. Avoid!

I purchased an I Phone 5 from this company after finding them online. It arrived promptly and although a refurbished model it was in excellent condition and worked (works) perfectly. I am very happy with it and would definitely use Quick Mobile Fix again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for some cheap and quality gadgets.

I have to be honest, I have always been a bit concerned about buying something like a second hand mobile phone over the internet. However I will say that I was delighted with the delivery - within the 48 hours advertised, the packaging - not too much but safe and secure and well protected and the quality - better than expected for the price.
This company has some low feedback, but I can only say as I find and I was very impressed.

After numerous emails and no delivery (only empty promises) i cancelled the order on the 27th April 2020. i received email stating refund would be received with 14 days, After again chasing for a refund on 26th may I was informed refund will not be until 23rd June which is 57 days after the order was cancelled.

On seeing this their brother -my calm gentle giant - asked if he could get a phone too. unlike his sisters he worked all summer long and saved his money opened a bank account and used his card to purchase his phone. I cancelled my order within 24 hours, they confirmed via email my order had been cancelled and i would receive a refund within 10-14 working days..... It's now August and still no money back. I ordered a phone on 22nd May. I did not receive a confirmation email with expected despatch details. I had to chase them several times to then be told it would take up to 10 days. After reading the reviews on here I decided to cancel the order on31st May. I was advised by them I would get confirmation of the refund within 24 hrs. I am still waiting for this 8 days later despite having chased them for a response. I have now had to escalate this to PayPal as a dispute.
I wish I had read the reviews on this company earlier.

What was more pleasing was that even at the event of the delivery not being made due to no presence at the address, it was rescheduled and delivered the next day for free. Excellent customer service.

They confirmed cancellation and still took payment, this was 21st April. Advised me it would take 14 days for a refund.

Chased and was told still in window of 14 days, chased again and this time no response. It's now 3 weeks later and no refund.

My 1st time of using this company, the experience was 1st class from start to finish, I placed the order by phone and within 48hrs I had received a virtually brand new phone in excellent condition. I am in the 60+ age group and so didn't want to spend a fortune on a new iPhone. This company was recommended to me by a friend who had also purchased a phone.

Not really knowing how to go about getting this fixed I stumbled across this company on Google. Ordered phone, came weeks late - finally arrived after a month. Received emails from them; one saying delay due to high demand, the other saying was due to additional quality checks. Lies! Screen was faulty, headphone jack didn t work at all. Sent it back, now in week 3 of waiting for the replacement. Called customer services countless times now and not managed to speak to anyone. I sent my iPod to Quick Mobile Fix with a smashed screen. It took them a few days longer than they suggest on their website, but they did return it, repaired. Then, a few weeks later, some kind of separation began to occur in the new screen, it could be seen spreading from one corner, behind the glass. So, I sent it back to Quick Mobile Fix and they...refused to do anything about it! They claimed I must've damaged it myself! (How??? Why???). They sent it back to me un-repaired, and eventually I had to write a formal Letter Before Claim threatening a small claim in the County Court before they gave me a refund!

They also tried to get my review on Trustpilot banned by pretending that they've never heard of me. Ha! After months of argument, me threatening them with a court claim, and them finally refunding me, they know fine well who I am!

I have purchased 4 phones over time for family members and have been very pleased with the service. I purchase 2 iPhone 5's some time ago which are still working well and recently purchased an iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s Plus. The iPhone 6 was delivered quickly. The 6s plus did take longer, however it does state they aim to dispatch USUALLY within 5-10 working days. But when I contacted them on the 11th working day they responded quickly with an update and were polite. I got the phone shortly after and was very pleased. Overall a very good service and will continue to purchase from them in the future.

They promising sending you free case as yo waiting so long. After writing very angry email they somehow managed to finally send it (without that promised free case). Would avoid using these unless you want a VERY long wait. Ordered 2 phones through these, the first came in reasonable time (a week) although it wasn t up to standard I had to return for a replacement as it was faulty. This then took around 3 weeks to eventually come back to me, they wasn t even aware I was still awaiting this.
The 2nd handset was ordered for a birthday present 1st July and did not arrive for 2 weeks. This again had a fault with the phone which needed repairing however I took it to a local phone repair shop to be done as I did not want to have to wait so long again.

The handsets are both working fine now however I would never use these again, poor customer service and communication and extremely long unexplained wait times!

Instead I have an email saying no refund until they receive the faulty phone then to expect a refund 14 days later total scam disgusting people I have reported this company to trading standards, local council authority and numerous others, unfortunately as professional con artists they have already hurt and cost people hundreds do not use stay away vile company !!

AVOID at all costs!! I have used this company in the past, as have members of my family, years ago. So I didn't read the reviews. How much could have changed? Well a lot, it turns out! Took months to send the phone so we canceled. Expected a prompt refund we were told 14 working days. Now we are being told wait another month. So gutted I didn't read the reviews. I am guessing that money is lost now. My wife is a NHS nurse and needs a mobile. Unfortunately scum like this dont care if they rip you off hundreds of pounds! Avoid as if your life depended on it!!!!!!
