I would give minus stars if possible - the service received so far is definitely not worthy of any! My husband received a reconditioned phone that didn't work at all - wouldn't even charge back in April. We are now almost in August and still chasing hard for the refund due. The customer service is very weak when you eventually get through on the phone line that is permanently engaged (I imagine with all of the unhappy customers) and when you do get through they don't do as they promise. The timescales for email responses are inconsistent at best and non-existent at worst. So disappointed - If we had money to spare we would have bought a brand new phone and are now out of pocket and have had to buy a phone elsewhere because Quickmobile fix (You may wish to reconsider your choice of business name!!!!!!!) are so slow. The phone was returned 76 days ago and they have said they won't refund because we are out of the 14 day return period - We were within it, you are not within your advertised SLA! I'm angrily typing as I press redial for the 80th time so far today! We are currently without goods or refund so in my book that is theft. If they fail to respond today we will be reporting it as such. So disappointed.
** update 02/08 - according to the reply someone had "reached out" and the refund was being processed! This was yet another lie! After lots of calling again today I spoke to Jodie - the only staff member so far with any honesty or integrity; one who actually empathises with the customer. Apparently the finance manager (who cannot be named along with any other members of the management team) has now received an urgent request to refund - we will see if they actually process it! As a side note - your front-line staff really need to be backed and supported by your management team - making the management team anonymous and uncontactable speaks volumes about your business ethos. I would not get out of bed in the morning if I had to work for you and listen to these complaints all day long. Jodie - if you read this - move elsewhere you deserve better - the grass will be greener!!!
