Ordered a phone in early January - it never arrive...

Ordered a phone in early January - it never arrived. After asking for a refund I was told I would have to wait 14 working days per their policy - but I haven't received that either. It's clear that Quick Mobile are in a bad financial way, and are soaking up as much money as they possibly can before they disappear.
