Excellent and timely service with good communication throughout. Very good packaging used when they returned my phone.

They replaced the back of my phone and it's been returned in excellent condition. I will use Quick Mobile Fix again should my phone get damaged.

Since writing this review, I've had reminder emails asking me to write a review. I've emailed them to ask them to stop this but they keep coming though.

Also since, the back has cracked again in two places. A fracture near the camera lens and a diagonal from almost top / bottom / left / right. When I called them to asked if this was under warranty, they said no. For this reason I'm downgrading the service to 2 stars.
