Wouldn t use this service again, I sent my phone over 3 weeks ago, they didn t tell me I hadn t removed iCloud until I checked progress. Then said as of 14th September it will be 5-10 days to do the quality control and I ve still not heard anything from them. Unsure why it s taking so long to process and am unhappy with the service and funds they have(nt) provided me

keep palming me off with dates I will have my money. First 23rd October then 26th and they closed at 4pm today and I ve still not received my payment. This is a joke and I will be taking things further Monday morning! These People must be Scammers, they have had my phone since the beginning of September! I have a paper trail of emails with false promises to back me up! They keep saying they ve had delays but it s not acceptable! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
