The service was good. Phone delivered on time in the condition they said it would be. Was promised a free gift which wasn't received and which they won't reply to me about which is disappointing (would rather just have not been offered the gift!). *UPDATED* Since they replied to this review and said the gift would be sent out then I can't fault this service.
