The cheapest insurance company I have ever dealt with... one of their insured hit me and tried to give me a rental for a small compact car... MIND YOU I HAVE AN SUV!!! and I asked TONICIE JONES ROSS the so called supervisor to help upgrade to the same size car they declined... I have 2 kids and a lot of trunk space in my SUV and to be downgraded due to an accident THEY are responsible for is totally unacceptable... also TONICIE ROSS in the Dallas office was very sarcastic and unprofessional I m convinced they hire anybody to represent them. The tried to downplay my injury and I called a couple car places to fix my car and they did t even want to deal with ACCC.... NEVER NEVER NEVER WILL I EVEN CONSIDER JOINING THIS CHEAP SCAPE COMPANY AND IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE/CAR YOU WONT EITHER!!!!
