Two months ago I was in an accident with someone who had ACCC insurance. I went all the way up to the point where I had to upload pictures to their app and then they never contacted me again. I have been trying to get this resolved and I always get the run around. This is by the far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I just tried calling right now, waited for almost an hour on hold for them to pick up the phone and then instantly hang up. Avoid this company at all costs!!!
