Was hit by someone with this insurance company. Took 2 months to finally be done with claim. Was instructed by their appraisor that my car was safe to drive when it in fact was not (found out after 3 weeks when they finally got it together enough for us to take it to a body a shop). Had to threaten to hire a lawyer to get a rental and had to threaten to call a lawyer AGAIN to get them to pay for the rental car. BY FAR THE WORST "PROFESSIONAL" EXPERIENCE WITH HUMAN BEINGS I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. Claim representative was Portia Blake and she eventually just stopped returning my phone calls after leaving 4 voice messages for a span of 3 weeks to get approval to the rental car company for my rental. She is by far the rudest person with a job in customer service I've ever encountered and I am surprised she has a job. If you have to deal with these people, I am very very sorry for you.
