0 stars for ACCC ripoff Insurance Company. was forced to give them a star or this crooked company would not post my comment. I was a victim of a careless driver a client of ACCC. She attempted to pass me on the freeway came into my lane without enough clearance and slammed into my vehicle. This happened back in April. I have been calling and spoke to several agents and still no results I keep getting the runaround. I was sent to one of their adjusters to check my Van he took a bunch of pictures all around my vehicle even under the front and back. Checked the thread of my tires (why), The damage is in the right front of the van. I have damage to the fender, bumper, wheel alignment of off, and my check engine light came on and is still on. I have not had an accident or traffic citation in over 30 years maybe longer. I recently called and spoke to a Ms. Rodirguez and she was very rude and basically blew me off. I provided a police report where in the other drivers confession said she attempted to pass me coming into my lane. I don t think a call operator would alter the police report. Ms. Rodrigues called the report a call report i provided the transcript of the officers findings. I provided pictures of the area and even provided a receipt. They and their client never obtained a police report. This company is a bunch of crooks. I my need to get an attorney I will pursue this further.

This is the worst experience of my life with an insurance company! My wife got hit by another driver insured with ACCC, it's now two months ago. Nothing has happened, every call takes minimum 1 hour or more to get somebody on the phone, Gloria today wasn't allow to give me her full name and wasn't able to get me connected to the claim team. It's a mess. People stay away from ACCC!!! I will file a complaint against this company today. I gave one start because with not clicking on one of them, you can't post the review (pretty stupid or not?).

This is the worse company that i have dealt with, i was hit by one of their clients and its been nothing but trouble dealing with them. They never answer their phone and now my car at the shop and the shop will not release to me until ACCC pays them, i also need to take my rental back since they will not pay for it anymore, they initially gave me 2 days and they gave me one more out of courtesy... what out of courtesy!!!... first my car is not ready and second your client put me in this predicament. This insurance company should not be in any type of business and should have their licence taken away. I don't know what to do anymore to get this take care of. My wife was rear-ending back in March of 2018 by one of their clients and although they cut us $200 a check to fix the car but they won't return our calls to pay for the $4,000 ER visit. We weren't worried about the car but more so that she was, and fortunately still is, pregnant when she was hit. Their employee assigned to our claim is always out of the office during her "work" hours. Pray you don't have to deal with this insurance company but if you do, make sure you file a police report.

Update 06/07/19: After leaving a Google review, ACCC contacted me and started working with me. They asked for documents ie. itemized doctor bill, which I sent to them months ago, but they haven't contacted me since. They still don't answer their phones or return messages so don't miss their call if they do perhaps call you.

Worst Ever!!!! Good luck with these people. They don't return your call they ignore you. This is my first accident ever. It was not even my fault one of the accc insured hit me from behind. Messed up my bumper,tail light,the trunk of my car. This happened about a month ago and I'm still dealing with claim adjuster who is Christine Lucero by the way she does not return your call or answer any email. So unprofessional I don't know how she has a job and how this insurance is still in business.

I was giving a recorded statement, the guy over the phone twisted my word and put the fault on me. I have to interrupt him to make it clear that I did not make such statement as he described. I cannot believe this, I was telling them I am driving straight in the middle lane and the other vehicle is driving on the left lane (left turn only) merging into my lane and caused the accident.

After I explained the situation, he said they got all the information that they need and because I was merging into the left lane so i was at fault and they will not pay for any damages. I was like. what is going on??? wait a sec.

I guess because english is not my first language and he tried to talk really fast and turn the table around so they can get away from the liabilities. let's just say I am glad it's been recorded :)

Please do yourself a favor, go somewhere else, avoid this company at all costs.

I was hit from behind by an ACCC insured. They didn't want to pay me because they said they didn't know if I was trying to scam them or something. I took a picture of the girl holding her license and her policy card so I don't understand. Finally they gave me 1000 which doesn't even cover the paint job from where she hit me much less the whole she caused. Took it to my shop they got a second check to cover all costs after a month of them saying they weren't gunna pay me. Come to find out the 3 weeks that my car would be in the shop they will only pat for 5 days of car rental. NOT A GOOD INSURANCE COMPANY!!!! Now I owe the rental place and im without a car for now until my car is done in the shop.

In the first place, the Insurance Company believe that they must be failing to respond with that stupid answer that their goal is to offer the best customer service, etc. Because it is useless my truck was hit by one of his clients and now they do not want to cover the total cost and besides my truck is not ready yet and I already had to deliver the rental car and I have to go to work and I do not have where to go And apart they do not answer the phone. When you make the claim it takes 2 months for me to solve the problem and until now half because they do not want to cover the rest of the repair just what they think it is.

Worst insurance company to exist. I had the misfortune of getting hit by one of their drivers. The police report stated the other driver was 100% at fault and were ticketed. This company will do everything to get you to give up, it took me over a month of calling every day to finally get a response. They ended up agreeing to cover 90% of the damage because they said it was partly my fault for not avoiding being hit. I didn t know that if I m driving on a hwy and a car on the opposite side drives head first into my car it would be my fault...

This company is the worse insurance agency I have dealt with... My vehicle was hit by a person insured by them. Filed the claim and from there on took forever to get reimbursements for the repairs and vehicle rental. I had to deal with Veronica Gonzales, a self-called Fast Track Adjuster and EVERY time I sent an email to her, she did not respond!!! I had to send her the same email about 6 or 8 more times (sometimes more ) on different days and times in order to get an answer. Tried leaving voice messages and that did not work neither. I finally got my check and a short-cut reimbursement on the replacement vehicle s reimbursement: took two months!!!

No idea how this company is still open. Read the reviews here,on yelp or visit the BBB as they show what a scam this place is. They refuse to pay out any money after a car driven by a driver insured by them hit into my parked truck.

They rarely answer calls, never call you back after leaving a message and when you do get to talk to somebody, they lie.

My adjuster, Mr Herman Suarez, repeatedly told me that the police report on my accident was not available even when I was sitting on my computer looking at it. I have never dealt with such deceitful people in a so called "professional environment".

This is the worst insurance company I have ever had to deal with. My car was hit on September 30, 2017 and it is November 13, 2017, nothing has been resolved. My car was deemed unsafe to drive by the body repair shop and ACCC Insurance only covered my rental car for 2 days. I ended up paying $545.00 out of my own pocket just to have a vehicle to drive while mine is being looked at. I still don't have an estimate for my car and I had to turn in my rental because I could not afford it anymore. Now I am walking and riding the bus to get around. ACCC is also saying that I am the one accumulating storage fees with the body shop when it is them that refuses to return any calls to them or me! I still do not know how much I will be getting for the damage done to my vehicle because they refuse to answer the phone. I will be reporting this company to the BBB and any other complaint department I can. ACCC Insurance Company are crooks and I hope they get shut down soon. I will be seeking a lawyer to resolve all issues, I should not have had to pay for ANYTHING! Someone hit me!

My fiance's car was hit by one of their clients and ACCC Insurance seems to "never get a hold of them" so they are dropping the claim completely. When my fiance's insurance, a big reputable company, even confirmed that the accident was NOT HER FAULT. You are bogus ACCC! Get a lawyer right away if you happen to get into an accident with one of these people's clients.

ACCC Insurance is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in the past 50 years. They will claim to insure you yet take your money and not provide quality nor timely service. My advice to everyone is DO NOT GET INSURANCE THROUGH ACCC OR DROP IT IF YOU HAVE IT. It would be best for them to go out of business. This is the worst insurance ever. A driver insured with this company was speeding and rear ended my van and cause about 3,000.00 in damages 02/16/2015. I was working with them to try to get my van fixed for about 3 months. The whole time I had to rent a truck to be able to go to work. After all that they told me the weren't going to pay for my damages and to use my own insurance to get my van fixed. This people are a bunch of crooks and they need to be shut down.

I do not have ACCC insurance but I had the worst of luck of getting hit by someone who does! At first it was fine I called in my claim and got everything settled on my end but then a month later my car still isn't fixed and I haven't heard anything back. I called the agent assigned to me over 5 times! Left voice mails every time with my claim number, name and a call back number and never got a call back! Finally I get so upset that I call the customer service department and ask why this is taking so long only for them to tell me they have not heard back from the other party. I call him, ask him to call and them finally I can get my car fixed! While it wasn't completely their fault, had they told me weeks ago I probably could have gotten a hold of him sooner! They were frustrating to say the least. No updates, no e-mails all over the phone and it is almost impossible to get a hold of anyone.

I was hit on the side on friday by one of their policyholder and he left the scene. It was a hit and run. We called the police and they provided with the policy info. I called the insurance company right after and started the claim process the first representative provided me a claim number and the adjuster extension. Few days later, the adjuster calls and she tells me that the policy isn't active and what I need to do is call my insurance company. She offered no apology, no resolution and immediately closed the case. I find it odd that they were able to do a claim with a policy that isn't active, is in police records and later dismiss the claim.

UPDATE - Today is 10/18/16 and MY INSURANCE COMPANY has repaired my car. ACCC did randomly send me a check to cover my deductible but, I have yet to receive ANYTHING else from them. I have not even received a phone call. I am out of pocket for a portion of the rental car and have sustained further damages due to their insured and their sheer/utter neglect. I could pursue their insured in small claims court but, the poor guy PAID them for a service so, that would be unfair. Today is 9/18/16. On 8/7/16, one of ACCC's insured hit my car. To date, this Company has not given information on how they will repair my car or, compensate me for any losses. The agents I have dealt with have been rude and condescending. I have now filed a claim with my own insurance company and will need to come out of pocket for some expenses. I have thought about pursuing their insured in small claims court (and I still may) but, this man paid for ACCC to provide a service which they are failing to do. ACCC has wasted my time, cost me money and been very unprofessional during the process. Worst of all, they are not doing what they were paid to do. This will be brought to the attention of the proper parties. I gave them one star because I had to do so in order to post this review and warm others.

Absolute scam! We were hit head on by one of there customers, after many excuses they finally accepted our claim. 2 months later we finally settle & receive our claim checks. Only to go try to deposit them into our bank. The check was flagged by the issuing bank so my bank contacted them... to be told the account the checks are drawn off of have 0 available funds. So they sent me not one hot check but two. My bank decided to hold them for a week while they wait to see if funds are added. When they come back uncleared I ll be reporting them to Texas Dept. Insurance Bureau for fraud! Also, Luis Garcia was extremely rude when I called regarding the matter. They need to be put out of business & I hope no one is hit by one of there clients.

I was hit by one of their insured before I filed my claim I read tje reviews so I was a little scared after what I read. I filed my claim the next day which was on a Friday Monday the adjuster was at my house checking the damage. They told me they had to here from the other party what happened I didn't here from them for a week I called them they said they where unable to reach her so the claim couldn't move forward unless she accepted fault or when they got the police report. Every time I called they answered never did I wait over 20 minutes on hold. On the 3rd week fter the accident they finally called me they said they where accepting responsibility based on the police report cuz the lady ran the stop sign by the way this lady didn't have a license . so exactly on the 3rd week I was able to take my truck to the shop and get it it fixed it took longer than I expected but at least they got it done. Fortunally no one was seriously injured so we didn't have any medical bills all I wanted from them was to pay my repairs and they did I wasn't trying to get free money just what I was entitled to. All I can say make sure u file a police report I think that's what helpped my claim move forward.

I am with progressive but have dealt with them twice before due to fender benders and they are impossible to reach . The body shop I took my car to refuses to deal with them also . I do not have them but i recently got hit by someone who does. 1 month later and they still have not accepted liability for the accident nor do I have a rental car. They never give you a call back and have the worst claims team ever. Their supervisor never answers the phone as well, they don't even deserve one star because that's how horrible they are. I took it to my insurance agent and the repairs are going to cost me over $3000 and no one will call me back from this sorry good for nothing company. They have picked up my car and the only thing I have received from them is a $175 check for a FIVE day rental. What world do they live in that you can get a rental for five days for that much? I have been without a car going on three months. The agents are so rude and disrespectful. They have paid off my car loan but won't give me my part of the settlement until they receive my title. The bank informed me they mailed the title to ACC over a week ago but of course they claim they haven't received it. And I won't even start on the injury claim. They keep giving me the run around. My children and I were hurt in this wreck but they could care less! This place needs to be shut down! I really wish I could get in touch with someone that could do something about it.

They will do ANYTHING to get out of helping you or doing anything that has to do with customer service. One of their drivers hit me and it was a NIGHTMARE dealing with them. Extremely unprofessional and zero help in any way possible when THEIR DRIVER was at fault.

UPDATE: I fought this insurance with the state of Texas and won and was paid in full all my rental car days. So feel free to do the same. Hence why they are a 1 star company. It is actually very easy to do. Just google it.

GEORGE FLORES does not call, he was supposed to get in touch with me with in 24 hours of the accident ( hit and run, by one of their drivers) it has been over 2 weeks, i have left 7 messages, my insurance company has left several messages. I have not HEARD back from anybody.. I have the police report and 2 witnesses, yet refuse to accept or deny the claim.
I had to have the witnesses call the insurance company to give their statements. This insurance company refuses to get off their ass and do their jobs. Guess this is how they have business, they don't pay for the damages for the accidents their drivers cause.

Always had some difficulty when paying on line, its long and you get diverted. I never had a claim until last year, and then they gave me a hard time. THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD. Of course I was rear ended by someone who owns this crappy insurance. First of all, if you contact ANY adjuster, all calls go straight to voicemail. No matter which day of the week or time of day, NO ONE will answer the phone. The only way to get a hold of your assigned adjuster, you have to call the operator and they will call them for you. So I finally get a hold of my adjuster and they tell me the person who hit me is non compliant and they will go to his house and try to get him to sign the forms. I wait a week like they told me (mind you, they NEVER attempt to contact me to give me updates) and still he is non compliant and they tell me to wait 5 days for paperwork. Three months later, no call or updates so I gave up and filed under my insurance. My insurance was able to get everything settled (repairs, rental, appointments) within a few days. HOW IS THIS INSURANCE COMPANY STILL IN BUSINESS, THEY ARE SCAMMING CUSTOMERS AND VICTIMS. This company needs to get sued. Not a single positive review where they actually pay for the damages done to the victim's car.

Their driver rear ended my vehicle at a red light and they refused to repair my car. Their driver was issued fault in the police report. Yes I hated it. I had the same horrible experience as the previous persons. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone in that company. I was in an accident and I placed the claim with them, I had the police report and everything but they never accepted liability stating that the insured driver never answered their phone calls and all attempts to contact him failed. So they just dismissed my claim. Did not receive one cent from them and was left with chiropractor bills. They should be out of business.

ACCC is not responsive. My vehicle was hit in a parking lot by one of their clients over 30 days and I have not spoken live to and adjuster to date. I lost my job because I didn't have transportation to my temporary assignment and they have not given me a rental. They have left a couple voice messages that were lies about not being successful contacting their client for a statement of liability and police report. The adjuster gave me a bogus fax number and had to fax documents to his supervisor who is equally inept. By far the worst experience I've had with an insurance company and would not recommend this company to anyone. I am the victim and getting the full run around. I will have to file a lawsuit to get relief.

Provides Horrible customer service, they seriously suck. They do not care about your injuries or your car. They take FOREVER to answer their phone calls and get back to you and also some representatives have attitude when they pick up. It s unprofessional, unnecessary, and rude!!! Do not get ACCC insurance! All they say is a repeated copied and pasted paragraph about supposedly caring and trying to resolve the solution when a bad review is left about them. We are not a customer of ACCC Insurance and will never be. One of their insureds ran into my wife on her way home from work. We called ACCC to get the claim started. I spoke to a representative on Friday Afternoon and ended our conversation around 5 PM. By Monday morning at 9:15, ACCC called my wife and denied the claim. How a company deny a claim in 15 minutes? There is no way they processed the claim in a reputable manner. Their insureds paid money to them for the insurance and their insureds caused the accident, damage and medical bills for my wife - not to mention loss of pay from her job and they will not pay. Good luck ACCC, you will get what's coming to you when OUR insurance company sues you for the damage your client caused. We have good insurance from a reputable company. This is the worst insurance company that I have ever done business with. The adjusters are very unprofessional and disrespectful. Someone hit the door on the drivers side of my car. It took them several weeks to appraise my car. The damage on my car was appraised at 534.18. My deductible was $500. I was given a check for $34.18. No body shop I went to would fix my car for that amount. Please don't waste your time with this company. If you are insured with this company and you need to file a claim, please get a lawyer. This company is unprofessional and they will give you a low offer. They will tell you that you car can be repaired by using cheaper parts and no reputable body shop will repair you car using cheap parts.

This is the WORSE insurance company i have ever dealt with, the Texas department of insurance needs to shut them down. First I was hit by one of their insureds who was driving on the wrong side of oncoming traffic then attempted to lie about the accident. Luckily I had witnesses and the police could see where he hit my vehicle thus he was ticketed. Then the guy tried to file against my insurance after I opened a claim with ACCC. He was ticketed so they called me 2 days later to have my vehicle moved to their storage lot so cost wouldn t occur so I allowed due to him being at fault. Took them over 2 weeks to get a police report because it he was denying responsibility. They have had the police report 2 additional weeks but still aren t accepting liability because my vehicle was ruled a total lost. All they do is give me the run around and say that I can have my insurance cover it and submit for reimbursement. Over a month has gone by without them paying for nothing, not even a rental. I left 4 messages with the injury adjuster due to my injuries and haven t even gotten a return calls. I have now hired a lawyer anyone who gets hit by someone with them hire an attorney immediately!!! Google needs to allow for negative stars!!!

WHY CANT I GIVE THEM ZERO STARS!!! The absolute worst company ever! First it took them a full months to accept responsibility with a witness statement AND a police report stating that their insured was at fault because their insured didn t want to give a statement Additionally, my car is a brand new 2019 Mercedes. While completing the repairs a supplement had to be sent to ACC for additional repairs that had to be completed as a result of the accident. A few parts were delayed a few days due to the car being so new and not all parts being readily available. ACC has been sssoooo rude and ended my rental car coverage stating that delayed parts is not their fault! But their insured hitting my car was not my fault either. I ve never heard of such a thing and have never had such terrible customer service. Definitely, the worst insurance company that I ve EVER worked with.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with an insurance company. I was involved in a car accident that wasn't my fault. My back bumper was completely destroyed, hanging off & needed to be replaced. But because there was a previous dent the size of Quarter they refused to fix it unless I paid half. Also the tire needed to be replaced because of the impact from the accident. This insurance company told me I had to pay half for a new tire because it wasn't a brand new at the time (I just bought tires 6 months prior) they wasn't bad tires. After that when it came down to paying the tow bill I had to pay over half of a tow from the accident (Once Again) that wasn't my fault. The last straw for me was when they stop paying for the rental car before my car was actually done & We had to pay more money out of our pocket. This isn't even the whole story I can go on & on. The way they set you up to pay for repairs is the collision repair shop won't release your vehicle until they receive all of the money from the insurance company, So whatever they don't pay it's up to you to pay in order to get your vehicle released. Again this accident was 100% not my fault I had a police report & everything. I should've had to pay anything..I'm currently speaking with my lawyer about this situation. They're Unprofessional & Extremely Unfair. I don't understand how they're still in business.

I was hit by one of the insured 14 months ago and the matters still haven t been resolved! I haven t gotten reimbursed for Uber receipts, my paid time off from work, and most importantly the ER visits for my pregnant girl who was in the car with me. I m surprised this company still hasn t gone under. All of the agents I had to deal with were the most uneducated, rudest, and almost impossible to get in contact with.

THEY FINALLY PAID THE CLAIM, ~49% OF WHAT WAS SUBMITTED. THEY INSIST THE COMPANY THEY USE TO PRICE SERVICES IS AVERAGE FOR THE MARKET. SADLY, WE ARE SUING THE INDIVIDUAL THAT HIT OUR VEHICLE FOR THE BALANCE.

Unbelievable, this isn't really an insurance company. They are more like con artists that string you along telling you what you want to hear; and, then they deny the claim and tell you to contact your insurance company if you want to get it resolved.

My son's vehicle was hit while he was arriving to work by another driver who was leaving work. My son did not file a police report since the insured said he'd take care of everything. He didn't. We called this insurance company and filed a claim. We've been told they haven't received a report, there are no pictures, we needed to submit another report and most recently that the insured has not called back to give a statement. Despite hearing from them on 10/12 that the insured was on the phone and was currently providing his statement. We've sent all of the information in on more than one occasion now; but, now they want a picture of their client's vehicle at the time of the accident. This is the first time they've requested this information and every single call we make to them we are told different information is needed to proceed. We've left at least half a dozen messages and have not once received a call back from anyone at this organization.

Let me give you the play by play: you call and are on hold for a minimum of fifteen minutes; the company representative provides scripted responses that does not help with any aspect of the claim; any requests for a supervisor are sent to a voicemail of which you'll never receive a return call from; and, my personal favorite which is they have a legal department but those representatives are only allowed to speak with attorneys.

This company basically operates the biggest con in the world and the only thing they insure is that you will not honor their claims.

I am the mother of one of the clients involved in an auto accident a month ago. My son is now paralyzed from the neck down, so I'm trying to take care of all his personal things. I've contacted Mr. Raspberry several time and even send him the POA regarding this claim. I have yet to hear from him or anyone from this company and they have the nerve to send my son a bill for next months payment. I'm seeking legal assistance to help file a lawsuit against this company. It's enough that my family is dealing with my son disability, hospital bills and all other financial hardship. I was in an accident December 31, 2017, which it is now 02/06/2018, by one of their clients. This individual T-Boned me while I was driving down the road. I went through the legal channels, which is putting in a claim with my insurance and then putting in a claim with her insurance. We are now going on 6 weeks since the accident and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. I am still driving the car that was T-Boned by their client. Rachel Bennez, who is the claim adjuster for this case, has an excuse every single time I call them about why the claim has not been closed. Now, I've even had to go as far as hiring a lawyer to try and get this resolved. If you have any respect for yourself and your family, YOU WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION. I have never been so dumb-founded in my life as to why/how they are even legally allowed to operate within the insurance world. It's organizations, such as this one, that provide a negative name for the entire market. All I wanted was to end the claim and move forward with my life. Instead, I've been thrown into a lawsuit, that I never wanted in the first place, to try and end a claim that I am victim to. Ridiculous doesn't even start to define the nonsense that this organization is known for.

EDIT: When speaking with Rachel Bennez last week, she told me what was holding the claim up was the fact that my lawyer refused to talk with them. After calling my lawyer, I was told that they had been trying to call them, and no one would answer or return their calls. The insurance company finally spoke with my lawyer today, a week later. During this conversation, they tried to tell them that I was speeding. I'm not sure how I could've been speeding when I had JUST pulled out of my driveway when it happened. They then wanted me to provide them with $500 to get a black box on my car.... REALLY? All this because THEIR client T-Boned me. They are going to spend more money trying to fight this, and still have to pay the claim out, as they are in the wrong, then they would just doing what is morally right. This company is the definition the definition of a morally hazard organization.

My wife recently got into a car accident with another driver covered by ACCC insurance. The other driver was at fault so I googled ACCC insurance to see what I was getting into. I saw nothing but bad reviews and almost went ahead and filed the claim with my insurance so I didn't have to deal with the headache. I have to say I didn't have one problem in my dealings with ACCC. Our rental car was issued in a fair amount of time, claim adjuster showed up quick, every employee I personal had contact with had a good attitude and were helpful, our body shop told us that they did not have a hard time getting in touch with them and were very helpful when they were needed. I know there are a lot of bad reviews about ACCC so I wanted to share my good experience.

They have ZERO customer service skills, talk to the customers any kind of way, does not attempt to resolve customer issues, will look for ANY reason to deny a claim, have claims open for more than 30 days with NO liability decision. Their system is a complete joke! They do NOT train the employees. They have claims that they literally just sit on when they have sufficient evidence to move forward on!
