Their client at fault, per witness and police, but claim still denied!! My suggestion is to file suit as I refuse to file with my own insurance. Their client ran a stop sign and was seen and reported to HPD. The so-called 'adjuster' took weeks to return a call, never answered the phone, and sent a denial letter without ever really speaking to me.
