There are truly no words to describe how HORRIBLE my experience with ACCC Insurance has been. My car was totaled by a driver with ACCC Insurance who was texting and driving. 2 months later and I haven't seen a single penny from them. They are unprofessional, rude and incompetent. I have been on the phone with ACCC Insurance everyday for the past 2 months and have gotten no where. It is very clear they only care about money and screwing people over. If I could give them 0 stars I would. My suggestion to ACCC Insurance? CLOSE YOUR DOORS AND STOP ROBBING PEOPLE.
