Got hit on July 3rd by one of their "Driver" and on July 24th I finally received a phone call stating that the claim as been declined due to the person that hit my vehicle was not on the Policy Holder Insurance and apparently doesn't have a Driver's License. I had a Police Report as well. They are hard to reach. Won't answer phone calls and makes you play the waiting game. I can see by all the negative reviews on this company. Not sure how they are still in business.
