worst insurance company I have ever seen , it's not easy to get in touch with adjuster or supervisor they don't respond to call or voice mail , every time when I try to know the claim status they have the same answer " your claim is under investigation , we don't know who hit your car " ,,,,, FYI if they would like to know who it the car they can get back to the police report ,, as they already have that , they just looping,,,,
it's the third week I am renting a car from my pocket.
