SAVE YOUR MONEY! WORST INSURANCE EVER!
Got rear ended on a red light a month ago on Saturday night on my way to a birthday party with my 6 year old daughter. Made the claim Monday morning. This was my first accident so I was new to the entire process. I kept calling and calling to keep myself updated. Finally I asked them what was it that they exactly need it, they told me a police report and guess what?! In minutes I went online got it myself and fax it myself to them. Kept calling and calling to keep updated because it s the only car I have to transport my daughter to school and myself to work. Weeks pass by and finally they call me asking to choose a body shop to get my car fix. I was getting excited because my car was finally going to get fixed. So now I kept calling the body shop and the insurance to be completely sure my car was going to the right place and to keep updated when my car was going to get drop off. Keep in mind I work as well but seems like I was doing their work as well making all the arrangements and phone calls. Just for them to send my car to the WRONG shop!!
I DOUBLE CHECKED WITH THEM TO TAKE MY CAR TO THE RIGHT SHOP AND EVEN MEMORIZED THE ADDRESS OF THE SHOP.
Finally my car was send to the right shop and it s been weeks since I ve had my car and I had to take my daughter walking to school and during those days it was freezing cold so both me and my daughter got extremely sick.
Since my car was at the shop I was thinking I would be getting a rental for the couple of days.
I was completely wrong. Not a single rental car was assigned to me or scheduled for me to pick up. Not even a rental car check was sent to me.
At this point I was overwhelmed with these people.
The last phone called I asked to speak to the manager just so they can transfer me rudely to the WRONG manager.
The worst part of all this ....the person who was at fault has the same insurance as well so it should ve been a much easier process.
