My poor 90 year old father, who not exactly poor, was in the passenger seat of his old Ford Bronco, with his grandson driving, when whammm, they were hit broadside by a car that was insured by ACCC insurance company. Well, this was never settled properly, leaving my dad in the dark. Bottom line, poor customer service leaving my father unattended for so completely long.
