I was rear ended by an ACCC insurance driver thanksgiving weekend 2015 and I had followed all the required procedures in order to file a claim and get my car fixed. The ACCC Rep that was handling my claim was Maria Anaya and she provided me the most horrifying customer service ever. I have been yelled at, hung up on and have been ignored by her. I have not once disrespected her nor have felt that i have come cross rude but maybe frustrated from this situation. All i want is to get this situated, but I'm coming to terms that with this Rep i will only get so far. I would like to think that not all ACCC Reps are the same, and that ACCC Insurance strives to have good customer service. But clearly my experience with this young lady has left me flustered.
