This insurance agency is absolutely horrible. No one picks up the phone. Their insured driver's wheel flew off of their truck on to my car and knocked my bumper off. I have not recieved any updates and have not been given a copy of the estimates for my damage. It has been three weeks now and my car is still not in the shop. WORST COMPANY EVER
