Really poor service with there customer service ,h...

Really poor service with there customer service ,helping a customer file a claim against one of there customer been in the line waiting for someone to answer for about an hour in a half and no answer.....please don't get this insurance and hope you don't get hit by one of there insureds...they take for ever to answer and then they want to say they are not at fault for it :(
