I was hit by one of their drivers and it has been one of the worst experiences I ve had trying to get my car fixed. Hours on hold only (THE HORRIBLE JAZZ MUSIC/ AD THEY PLAY EVERY 5 SECONDS WILL MAKE YOU WANT TO JUMP OFF A BRIDGE) to talk to a representative that CAN T help. They could care less about how fast I got my car fixed. I HAD TO PAY THE 500$ DEDUCTIBLE TO MY OWN INSURANCE TO GET ANYTHING DONE, IT HAS BEEN SEVERAL MONTHS AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A WORD BACK FROM THIS INSURANCE COMPANY! If they didn t want a bunch of 1 star reviews they should fix their driver s accidents in a timely manner.
