This is by far the most horrendous "insurance company". Whenever you call they have you on hold for 30 minutes and then someone answers with a "Hello?" I was like is this a business or someones house? The "customer service is non existent. I called to make some changes on our policy and she said I had to call another number because she couldn't help me. If you're thinking about going here DON'T!! there are better options out there.
