Do not buy from Samsung if you are living in the Netherlands, I'm not exaggerating when I say that their support is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. My partner literally broke down in tears speaking on the phone with them. The whole support system set up by Samsung is an obstacle rather than a resource for paying customers.

We made the mistake of buying a Samsung vacuum cleaner, one of the most expensive vacuum cleaners available in the market at 700 euros. The thing broke after 6 weeks of very light use in a small apartment, with a whole compartment becoming detached and the electric components inside becoming exposed.

Now, the device breaking is one thing, a really poor thing but hey, bad luck I guess. However, the company taking no responsibility for the poor quality of the product they sold us and just juggling us around until we were spent, was an unacceptable lack of respect.

This is a very long story and I can't go into the details of all that went down with them so I'm just going to leave a snippet: the way the device broke down after only 6 weeks was clearly due to a defect, not due to improper use, yet at one point Samsung suggested that we "send the device in for them to check it and eventually bill us for repairs".

Complaint: Samsung smartphone repair by Dynafix Dynalogic Review experiences

Dear people,
On 20-10-2015 I bought a Samsung Galaxy S6 with purchase receipt. On 8/18/2017 I had problems with the camera of the device. There was a lot of dust in it and when taking pictures, black dots appeared on the screen. After contacting the Samsung service on Facebook, I decided to send the device. Because I still had a 2 month warranty on the device. All forms neatly completed and invoice uploaded and waited for the courier. I later found out that Samsung contracted it with Dynafix / Dynalogic. I didn't know much about the company. After returning my Samsung galaxy S6, I received a message a day later by email from Dynafix / Dynalogic. This stated that the warranty period of the device has expired. I could choose to fix it for 192.09. Not to be repaired and return the device unprepared for 59.29. The high costs were incurred due to diagnosis, administration and transport costs. After contacting Samsung service on Facebook, I was told by Joost that they couldn't do anything for me and that I just had to pay the amount. The warranty had expired, according to Joost. I sent the invoice to show the purchase, but they didn't want to know, because the system was different. Samsung mate made me contact Dynafix / Dynalogic, maybe she would help me. I then contacted Dynafix / Dynalogic and explained my story. Instead of helping me, they copied the entire terms and pasted them into the message center. Ricky from Dynafix / Dynalogic said that I was aware of this and agreed to this. If I knew that my device was not under warranty, I would of course not have done this. Ricky said the invoice was invalid and they could see in the system that the warranty period has expired. My invoice has therefore suddenly been declared invalid. When I asked what was not valid about it, no answer was given. Later I received a message that the invoice was declared invalid due to missing the imei number. The imei is not mentioned on more than 95% of the invoices. Furthermore, I have googled on the internet and came to the conclusion that dynafix / Dynalogic are scammers and that Samsung is doing business with this. So you see again that Samsung does not offer a 2-year warranty on its smartphones, but a warranty when it suits them. This is the first and last time that I am a Samsung customer. They have lost a customer from now on!

I received a bio update for my 3 year old laptop through the samsung website and used it. He found newer firmware and because everything came from Samsung itself I trusted it. However, after the firmware update, the sata device on the motherboard was turned off and it was no longer on. As a result, no hard disk can be detected anymore and the laptop cannot be used. Samsung asked me to send the laptop via their pickup service. No sooner said than done. Now I get a bill of more than 90 euros. I believe that Samsung has broken my laptop and has to pay for the costs, but Samsung does not want because the warranty has expired. I also do not want to use the warranty, but whoever breaks must also repair or pay. In this case Samsung. The fight is not over yet.

You can't imagine super bad company. I reported a broken TV 3 months ago but unfortunately the problem is not solved. Every time they promise but do not deliver, emails are not answered by the exchange team. Bad information is given. Every employee tells something different. Very unclear in what is going on about the problem. Called 8 times today but still no solution. Super bad service for such a large company as Samsung. Even submitting a complaint has no effect be it an employee. Here you never have to buy your TV and then you really have a very big problem. The info is incorrect.

Samsung washing machine WW80J6400CW Repaired 2 times within 2 years, third time referred by repair company to Exchange department to buy another washing machine with an extra charge. Today exactly 16 days without a washing machine and after three conversations with Samsung Benelux helpdesk, still no sign of the Exchange department !! They refuse to transfer to Exchange Department, I wonder if there is such a department at all?
A good brand, until something is wrong with it and then you notice how "good" they are !!

Lousy service. If you want to buy something fine and it feels pretty good, but after using a Galaxy S phone you just notice that it is not quality. Samsung first admits errors, but after repair they know nothing about it. Just stay as far away from it as possible now. Premium phone? Certainly not a premium service.

Samsung Schiphol does not get 1 star because they are not worth that.
Had a 55 inch TV with which I only had problems for 2 years. everything that could be replaced on the TV was replaced. I have not had the pleasure to watch any program in those 2 years. Football matches halfway no image or blue screen or black screen with error messages. In the end, just when the guarantee was about to expire, Media markt had helped me very well and ensured that the TV could be exchanged after consultation with Samsung. So when I go to the Mediamarkt to choose another TV, I get a message from Samsung that she could swap a Samsung TV device (which was a couple of years old) with it. I answer this I have already had problems with samsung maybe I want to try something else Sony or LG. Mrs. Chahinda M. tells me that this is not possible and that I can only pick out a Samsung TV. Afterwards it turned out that she should have given me the choice if I wanted the money back or exchange it for a proposed Samsung TV. To this she says that I should have come up with it myself. Her series of lies began after this. I had therefore selected another Samsung TV much more expensive than the previous one at media market (December 2018) I contacted Mrs. Chahinda M. and said that I had seen another TV at media market a 65 inch instead of 55 and wanted to take it with me at media market after payment of the remaining amount because this TV was more expensive. There was also a Cashback promotion with this TV up to 600 Euro or a Samsung mobile. Mrs. Chahinda M. from the exchange department tells me this is not going to work so I have to do it via EC repair in Dordrecht which my previous TV "repaired" every time. The only problem was that the TV was not immediately available via this route and I would not receive it until January 19, 2019, so 3 weeks later. I contact Ms. Chahinda M. from the exchange department again and indicate that by the time the new TV is delivered the cashback promotion has already expired, and whether it is possible to settle the cashback directly. This was not possible because the TV had to be delivered first and I had to state the bar code of the box and the TV's serial number. To this she says that I don't have to worry about that because she knows about it and can roll everything back afterwards. She sends me a form after delivering the TV which I have filled in and sent to her by mail and, as indicated, also sent to Maastricht by post. In the meantime I got different stories every time I called how long it takes for the cashback to be deposited into my account, the well-known box wall game followed after this was thrown from one department to another. all lies and false promises from every employee I had spoken to. Mark, Rochella, Mereille etc etc. only to receive as many stars as possible on the question how I had been addressed by the employee.

When asked to be connected to the manager or someone else including Chahinda M. you will be told that this is not possible. Today I spoke with Mrs. Katy from the promotion department and she tells me that she will continue this and that I will receive a message within a few days. My reaction was that all your colleagues with whom I have spoken have also said that they should continue. To this she said that no colleague has put this through when she looks into the system. So she promises that she will really continue this.

I've lost so much time on this that I won't recommend anyone to buy a Samsung product.

They made it so difficult to state a new bill with the total amount of the TV. I now have an invoice for only the amount that I have paid and then with CE Repair as a company and not Samsung or Media Markt. So if I had to sell my TV I would have to hand over an old invoice for my defective TV (media market) and the new invoice (from CE Repair) and a whole story to the new buyer. NEVER NEVER more SAMSUNG

Purchased the galaxy buds in January 2020 was first of all a nice product, but then it was March and things broke for the first time. Then had it repaired was good service then a little later it was broken again and then again and then I was done with it staff which kept lying and eventually it was promised 3 working days back it was finally 5 weeks I want my money back samsung says can not because is not done within 30 days. Eventually several complaints filed I get bol.com gift vouchers then I think how not to give money, but gift vouchers. When I got the buds + a little later, the search function did not work after I had lost 1 earpiece Samsung called and reset those sides, I have done everything I can not connect the other earpiece. Then Samsung called again and then they said send but received an invoice for that one earpiece that I still had of over 130 euros, because something with the bluetooth was broken while they were worth 106 euros at that time, so they sent an invoice. It is strange that making a part is more expensive than the product. Customer service just hung up when I called about it too so thought these are big scam artists never mind. At some point a while later I had a monitor that was blinking in the picture and I also called for that, thinking maybe the customer service is friendlier again, so no. Said you must have it that is then called again that day and they said that it was not there either. Moments later they seemed to have a break at a quarter to 5 and they said with a quarter to five minutes to call you back, now 2 hours later nothing at all, so call again a woman who hangs up just like that. And after a few days still succeeded and fixed after too much effort (had also sent proof for this via app) So and samsung is illegal according to the law and does not keep the warranty because of the buds. So NEVER buy anything from samsung and never call them!

Ultimately, compensation was offered which was below the insurance value. In short, no good solution offered and left empty handed. After this conversation and a visit to the service center in Noord switched to Iphone.

Have already called Samsung 9 times and still have not been helped.
I have not received a verification email after registering, have tried multiple departments in the meantime but I have to be patient and understanding, what a lousy service from this company.
At the TV I bought they say you have to register, but then the lady on the line asks why I want to register it.
I do not get an answer to my questions and she keeps repeating what I have already said, only she does not listen because she calls something else.
To go crazy, maybe there is someone out there who takes his job seriously?
If I proceed like this I can leave immediately, hopefully this is not what Samsung wants, otherwise it will deteriorate with our society.
How do I get out of this circle of transferring and making another call.

Since 2010 I have had phones, television, smartwatch and tablet from Samsung. Perfect brand, never had any problems with it.
Recently my tablet crashed completely. Responded to nothing at all.
The tablet also ignored my attempt to switch it off completely.
After being on hold for fifteen minutes at customer service, I was very kindly helped and I was told how to perform a hard reset. The tablet is functioning properly again !!!!! Samsung, thanks!

I have the same experience as Furkan. I own a UE65KS9500 from 2016, also a so-called top class device. Within a year there was a black spot. At first I thought this was dirt on the screen but the following year there were more stains.

After contacting Samsung customer service, I was asked to contact Coolblue (the reseller), who sent me back to Samsung. Samsung sent me a service organization Servilux.be. First pay 35 before making a diagnosis. The diagnosis is replaced screens for 1000, -, no more warranty. I try to agree within 5 working days, the service order is closed. After calling Servilux.be, the order was put in again, but now for 1100. I do not agree and ask why more expensive? I first receive a bill for 35 before they do not process this. I have now been 3 months further. Broken TV, no solution offered (at least only on paper), poor service organization (Servilux.be). In short, my advice is not to buy a Samsung.

After 3.5 years expensive 65 inch Samsung Plasma TV broken. No spare parts in stock. So after-sales service 0 stars. Exchange department wants to exchange with additional payment. Neat you would say, but 2 months later and 25 telephone contacts with helpdesk, never with the relevant exchange department, still no TV. Helpdesk are only a conduit and you can repeat the story every time (to Michel, Raquel, Nassima, Winnes, Christian and whatever they may be called) Exchange department never keeps its promises, never ... yes never. Because I still want to watch TV at Christmas, I bought a Sony TV. Keep up the good work Samsung.

BIZAR BAD NON-EXISTING "SERVICE"! Scandalous BIZAR BAD NON-SERVICE! I was in a 4 week long teasing - nightmere - situation trying to get my Samsung washing machine back to work. Samsung "service" did EVERYTHING to "play around the bush". TIME and time again they insisted on sending over yet again another repair man. This man already stated after his first visit that my machine could not be repaired and a replacement model needed to be arranged. STILL: SAMSUNG WENT THIS FAR TO SENT OVER A TOTAL OF 4 (FOUR) TIMES A REPAIR VISIT. Finally after DRAGGING ON for 4 weeks (without a working washing machine!) I went to the company where I actually bought it: COOLBLUE and yes! THEY offered a solution and only COOLBLUE WAS CLIENTFRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL, NOT SAMSUNG! Avoid Samsung products, avoid dealing with them!
There "phone help desk" is a frustration on itself. Each young employee there has a good portion of EGO and don't you DARE to express your frustration after 4 weeks on non-working washing machine and 27 phone calls during weeks long because they tell you "You must listen to me" and: if you continue talking then I disconnect the phone ", you wanna strangle these young brats over there! DARE to ask for a supervisor: you NEVER EVER GET A SUPERVISOR. BIZAR BAD SAMSUNG!

I assume that my english is clear to Dutch speakers. The bottom line is that Samsung DID EVERYTHING TO SEND ME FROM CABINET TO THE WALL for 4 weeks! persisted, not a working washing machine for 4 weeks and send a mechanic to me 4 times while this mechanic already indicated after his first visit that a replacement product had to be made. Scandalous SAMSUNG! BIZAR BAD!
The young employees at the "service helpdesk" were all small egos and as soon as I was frustrated after my 27th (!) Call I had to be very careful with each of these employees because before I knew it: "beware" ! then I was not polite enough and "you have to listen to me sir" and time and time again the same: I "push it through", NO ONE who has empathy there. After the 27th time you would like to speak to a head of that "Service Helpdesk" but NO; THAT is not there. You should NEVER speak to them. And just TRAIN and start over and over again WHILE THE REPAIR SERVICE HAS ALREADY INDICATED THAT A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT MUST COME. BIZAR BAD SAMSUNG!

This answer below only makes things worse. Especially that smiley that I went for the pre-order promotion. How do you make it up ... It's just reluctance to come up with a solution. You can simply deduce from the IMEI number that the promotion has not been used before. It is incomprehensible that you do not simply want to come up with a solution for this and continue to refer to conditions that are not clearly communicated in advance. Worthless.

Device (Samsung S21) ordered for the pre-order promotion, free Buds and a Tag. When I then wanted to order the Buds, it turned out that you had to send a photo of the box. I had already thrown it away. The customer service representative then tells me casually that it makes sense that I should have kept the box. Then she did not know why that makes sense. I have offered a Samsung S8 for repair within the warranty period. Ordered to repair the headset connection within warranty. Samsung now also demands that the screen (for a fee of 280, - be replaced, because there is a crack in it. These two things have nothing to do with each other. I do not have to have the crack in my car window replaced if the car radio suddenly stops working.

At 2 p.m. placed an order on the Samsung webshop, where it was advertised that the order would be delivered the next day. No delivery confirmation received at 10.30 pm, so contacted customer service (which can also take an hour). I am told by the Samsung employee named Hortence (presumably from Suriname) that she has no time for these kinds of questions and the phone hangs in my ear !! So never again for me Samsung, the customer service of this is disgusting !! Shameful for such a multinational. Would be much better if the service had simply remained in the Netherlands. I am really done with this, cancel my order as soon as possible and go to another provider who does want to speak to customers properly.

A washing machine is not a product you order for fun, but I would have liked to try a new Samsung. Unfortunately, our old Samsung washing machine broke after 6 years. Because of the fast delivery time, premium installation, functions and design I ordered a new Samsung washing machine in the Samsung webshop. Two days later the installer / transporter was already there, unfortunately with a copy with damage. From then on, things went wrong with the Samsung webshop experience. There is a customer service that is friendly but cannot do anything without an internal department, which in turn does not respond. In any case, no one can tell me when I can get the new ordered washing machine while the delivery time on the website is 1 working day. After 5 * contact with customer service in 2 days without further feedback, decided to cancel the order. Do we have to wait 3-5 working days for the money to be returned ..... Now more than a week without a washing machine. Too bad Samsung, we were loyal customers of Samsung products, but this is not a service. I can therefore not recommend anyone to purchase a product in the Samsung shop.

Excellent quality products. Tv and washing machine and always had a phone from samsung. Nothing is wrong with the products. Only the piece of customer service may really be overhauled with you. As a customer I have to explain to the employee how it works, that is not a good prelude.

My experience with Samsung is just bad, after 3 years I already got dead pixel lines and then phone call, yes sir but you are out of warranty and you can do it with it now there are already 12 dead pixel lines, they say yes sir we meet you a bit, and what is that will cost around 450 euros a TV of almost 1800 euros and after 3 years ripe for the garbage, for me never another Samsung, had other things throw them all out poor approach to Service gentlemen or ladies.

You are deliberately kept on a leash, and you get to speak to people who speak poor Dutch (Surinamese accent) so that the conversation is made as difficult as possible. Expensive tablet purchased samsung Galaxy tabpro s w700 that quickly broke and cannot be repaired, because the motherboard is no longer available. The reason for this is that this product had many defects and was therefore quickly removed from the market.

Unfortunately, all 4 HDMI ports have signed up this year. Contacted Customer Service and stated that the HDMI ports are no longer working. I got a remote assistance appointment. The employee then remotely connected to the TV while calling. And without saying a word, the employee factory reset the TV, removing everything. A PAID APP was also included.

Well it comes ..

The paid app can no longer be found in the app store, so I sent Customer Service a message via the app. They also dare to laugh at the customer via the app!

The whatsapp conversation was unsuccessful, so I started calling them again. I explained everything again. The employee made me wait for 10 minutes. The result was of course that he could not help it that the app can no longer be downloaded. Samsung has removed the app from their server. He could not tell any reason. Supposedly my TV of 7000 euros would no longer support it.
All he could do is send a mechanic. After this scandalous action, Samsung does not want to take the costs on itself. So I have to pay money (150 euros excluding call-out charges) if I want a mechanic to look at the problem. And it is not certain whether he can solve the problem. So the costs can add up.

Now there is a TV in the living room with defective HDMI ports, which can no longer be connected. In addition, an employee deleted a paid app that was used daily without permission!

I advise everyone not to buy Samsung products! And especially no TV. I am disgusted with their Customer Service!

The story started with a very nice offer on the TV that we were looking for. certainly 350 cheaper than at the media market which then had the VAT free days. so worth it for us to wait for new inventory. The TV was not available at that time and if it was available then you would receive an email. The moment you receive the email and you open the link directly, was the TV sold out again? and you had to sign up again for the stock mail To be sure, we contacted Samsung about the availability and the price, because the television was on offer at Mediamarkt at the time, Samsung indicated that I could safely wait for the stock because it is regularly supplemented. and that the price can be adjusted weekly but that this can never differ hundreds of euros. maybe a few euros at most. (luckily I got that message in a whatsapp and could save it) after 3 weeks the TV was back in stock and we could order. what turned out to be the price was suddenly increased by 360. Conclusion, I can buy the TV for a higher amount even higher that the TV was in the VAT days of the media market. So in the end we were kept on the line for 3 weeks. all offers on the advice of Samsung ignored because the price can in all cases be below the offers. The TV was ultimately available but much more expensive. You are therefore being fooled by the supplier. and the moment you present everything to them and also have proof of conversations on paper, they are not at home and they first let you wait for 20 minutes and then connect you to then brutally disconnect. Samsung has great phones but terrible service. They use a partner called Dynafix for the home pickups. If your phone ends up with Dynafix is already too late. 1. They will charge for things that are not even broken just to make the bill higher. 2. if you do not accept you have to pay 36 euros to return your device. 3. option three you leave your 750 euros device with them hahahaha.
When i called Samsung there is not much you can do. Basically you are trapped with the service of Dynafix. For those who do not believe me, just type Dynafix and read the reviews. For me i just asked for my phone back (i have to pay 36 euros and nothing was fixed) and i will have it fixed somewhere i trust. Such a pity that Samsung service cannot be trusted.

My washing machine was leaking and so I called Samsung. Machine is 6 years old so too expensive to have it repaired, at least 100 euros call-out costs plus a mechanic a 60 euros.
After all, I opened it up myself to look. Book a rubber under the drum that is sanded during assembly and therefore damaged ... Hole in it and so all that time leaked a little bit.
The part could be ordered from Samsung, but had a delivery time of 5-10 days, so I found another supplier. Delivered at home the next day. With different clamping ring, because the original did not fit. Hence the leak.
Bill submitted to Samsung ... Please pay 25 euros, instead of the minimum 185 they charge.
Does not fall within the warranty period, so you don't get anything. Sad!!!
After all, the mistake was there from the beginning.
Never a Samsung again, that is clear to me. You are not taken seriously at all.

Beautiful 65 inch UE65KU6500 is not to be seen after repair.

After a little over a year, we got ugly stripes in the screen of our UE65KU6500 Samsung TV. Contacted samsung and after a tedious week-long conversation I was finally able to schedule a mechanic. The technician was only able to come after two weeks. (3 weeks without normal TV). The mechanic replaced the screen, at first glance the TV seemed okay. Unfortunately when we watched a movie we noticed that there were ugly white spots in the screen. Even the visitors fall over the ugly white spots. Contacted samsung and get the following response

"Thank you, unfortunately this is under specifications and we cannot repair it under warranty."

My problem is that I have gone from a good and beautiful TV to a TV with ugly stains. Never suffered from stains and after the repair it did. How is it possible for Samsung to bury its head in sand?

Since 2 years in possession of a TAB S 2 ....... one big drama. Offered several times for repair at various repair companies indicated by Samsung, the last time was on 31-08-2017.
Now 2 years later and still no solution for the continuously recurring problem: apps that fail, screen that switches itself off and starts up, the fingerprint scanner that refuses to open the screen, fails during use, etc. etc. A solution would be offered because after being "repaired" four times and still this amount of breakdowns, the helpdesk employee says that is not allowed: 'within 5 days, of which day 5 is really the most, you have received a solution from us' ..... this was the answer on September 28. Today, October 4, called myself once more. Response: 'they are still working on it' ....! By which? Very bad complaint handling ...... just try to solve it legally with my legal aid advisor .... Too bad that this is the case with this kind of company.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Due to an internal error, the TV was not delivered on the day I had to set aside from 8 am-6pm. Then called and the order was resent for a new delivery. 3 days I was ignored via the chat. Today I got the money. Called to ask what's going on and it now appears that the product has been returned and sold again. They tried to sell me a smaller TV for a higher price after discount. Can't do anything as they say themselves. I think all service is outsourced and many mistakes are made. Then you should also take responsibility for your mistakes and solve them. Never had such a bad ecommerce experience. Can't I give 0 or 0.5 stars?

I should have received my new Samsung phone at home 2 weeks ago, after repair. The last 2 weeks I stayed at home every day because my phone would be delivered ... not! For two weeks now I have been literally kept on the line every day by Samsung and Dynalogic (courier company). I call both companies several times a day, and no one can tell me when my phone will be delivered.
Samsung is unreliable, and let's not talk about the staff, who can do nothing for the customer. The customer is 'invisible' to them.
I am so sorry that I had chosen a Samsung device .. in hindsight I had better choose an iPhone again.

Been working for an S8 promotion for a month, but continue to discuss a voucher which has been supplied by Vodafone. Spend hours on the phone but you can't get any further, only that as a loyal customer you get angrier and angrier. You can not reach anyone who sends the emails, everyone is hiding behind .... What a company and what a service in this area! Readers will not be fooled by the actions of Samsung, they will do everything to "help" you so that you "miss" the action date. Worthless tumble dryer and even worse customer service! After half a year our tumble dryer (DV90M6200CW / EN) of 700 started to show complaints. The cause: a filter that is impossible to clean because it is stuck in the dryer. With a vacuum cleaner you do not get the dust away and even after picking with a toothpick the filter is not completely clean. We have now had a drier for a year and a half and he is doing worse and worse. We have raised this with Samsung, but they continue to insist that the dryer works and that this simply happens with the product specifications. Calling customer service is like calling with a robot. I have been working for 12 weeks now to get a washing machine (the most expensive in the range), which was exchanged after 13 washings. The "company" Samsung together with the "company" Dynalogic are not able to do that ... First 8 weeks waiting for Samasung for "the investigation" Now 3 weeks busy with Dynalogic, 1 x a damaged machine, 2 times not coming up days and yesterday another not-new washing machine wrapped in bubble plastic .... Don't think you can call Samsung about this (not our department, sorry) and mailing rarely leads to an answer, sorry was gone a few days .... This is the most bad service I have ever experienced in my life. 1 star is really too much!

HUGE bad customer service! SAMSUNG NEVER AGAIN! Regardless of any device!
- TV bought at the end of 2014. Quite an expensive device, around 1600.00.
- early 2019, device defective
- went back to the store at the beginning of 2019, depending on Samsung's customer service
- called Samsung customer service about the broken TV. With the answer "we will send a no-obligation quotation for the repair"
- were immediately called by a 3rd party Servolux to make an appointment for a "mechanic". Well, we didn't have to, we just wanted to know how much would the repair cost.
- 3 phone calls for an appointment and 3 emails later, we eventually received the quote. More than 700.00. We decided not to, for that money we buy a new TV. However, if the quotation does not accept you will have to pay an administration fee! What for? For the 3 emails?!?!
- mid-2019, again called Samsung several times! Was it a FREE quote after all?!?! Yes it was so we didn't have to pay anything. Requested confirmation by email: that was not possible. Okay, just send an app or message on the phone: that was not possible either. Anno 2019 !!!!!
- Today September 12 received a reminder from Servolux for the administration costs.
- called with SAMSUNG again. Situation explained, and finally had a "Youri" to propose a superviser on the phone. Very annoying man, who will not let you finish (we recorded a conversation, for training purpose ;-)) who simply said that it had to work until 10 PM, so plenty of time to debate with us. Totally no empathy, and no will at all to listen back to the previous conversations (which were recorded, note). Finally after 1 hour we gave up and ended the conversation. Bottom line: if you call Samsung because you have a broken device and they ensure that you receive an email with exorbitant repair costs, you have to pay 40.00 for that email !!!!! Count your profit !!! In short, at Samsung without obligation = 40.00
