Absolute relaxation in an architecturally wonderful building.

It really offers wellness; the grandeur and majesty of the premises, create enchanted atmospheres, it's like living fabulous experiences. The denial of the fifth star, is to be sought in the disappointment of having found, in the relaxation area herbal teas, only water and a single herbal tea, among other things already sweetened, to the peach, in a distributor.

Content glitz and a bit of nostalgia for the good times but clean and efficient

Refined environment, very kind and professional staff, some flaws though: uncomfortable and cold relaxation areas, nobody sneck in the refreshment area. In general, cold environments especially in the morning, given the cost at QC-type spa, can be improved.

The structure is undoubtedly effective, even if signs of decay are beginning to be noticed. The staff in charge of the treatments is professional, competent and kind, in particular the masseur Marco. But the painful notes are in the circuit of the swimming pools: there is no staff assigned to control and security. To pass from one circuit to another, one passes on soaked towels lying on the ground. The toilets are not clean. There is no staff to give directions except a lady who gives a bathrobe. The prices are not low.
It is nice to spend a few hours relaxing, too bad a pity.

Wonderful structure and impressive packages very expensive for what they offer.
We organized a day at the spa by purchasing two 40 CAD packages. After giving us bathrobe and towel we went to the cold and clean little locker rooms.
The air-water routes are embarrassing ... there are no indications on where to start the route, nor how much to stay in the saunas ... Unkempt rooms and left to fend for themselves and the years ...
In general, environments that are too cold in the winter season.
The tea not very good, had a taste of old!
We went to the "seas of the orient", ie the swimming pools with whirlpool. Coming down with the elevator you arrive in this dimly lit room with a dining area closed for months / years.
The swimming pool with a small but functional whirlpool, the hot / cold path with a functioning but dirty and not maintained maintenance whirlpool.
The "sea of music" did not work in fact nobody went there ... An environment that should serve to relax in the water with underwater music in the atmosphere did not work! There was none of the staff who turns around to see if everything goes well or give information.
We went to take a shower, the water just ran and it was cold icy!
We covered and we reported all the drawbacks of the case to the staff that "falls from the pear" !!!
Thinking that they would meet us after paying 40 per ticket with a discount voucher for another entry, but none of this happened. Thanking them, I told them I would put a nice cross on the Berzieri spa ...!

It still feels its golden times, suitable for a walk outside the city, the center is very nice and tidy, unfortunately the same cannot be said for the surroundings.

Entering the Berzieri you forget you are in Salso, it has the ability to transport you to another era, it is always beautiful

I can't review the service because we visited a free exhibition of vintage photos inside the spa. The palace is the only example of art deco in a spa complex. To say that it is superb is little. At the indoor bar we found quality and a very friendly girl.

Grandiose art nouveau baths of the 900, Italian historical heritage. Health club and spa, exhibitions, concerts with big names in music and singing, nationally and internationally, davisitare.

A fairy tale the rooms of these spas, helpful staff, to improve some details (obligatory use of the cap in the pool, more detailed / understandable information on the wellness paths to follow) in general we relaxed in a relaxing atmosphere of other times. We will return .

It would be worth paying the entrance just to visit the structure, but there is also a nice wellness course of about an hour and a half.

The thermal path more than enough, but you certainly don't go there just for that.

Honestly it annoys me a bit 'give 3 stars instead of 4 or 5, but let's say that I give less as an encouragement because I hope that the next time I come back here something has changed. Obviously the external structure is fantastic and as soon as you cross the main gates you find yourself in a huge atrium in stone and marble worked to make it seem like you have entered a palace. On the left is the bar that can also be used by people outside but practically attended by the only guests of the spa that can access it in a bathrobe and slippers. Just before the main stairs is the cash counter where you choose which package to make. Once you have chosen the treatment you can access the main stairs that are enchanting (to be seen) on the first floor they give you a bathrobe, towel and disposable slippers and then you go in the locker room. The first sore note is the kit that includes a clean bathrobe (smells like vinegar) but rather hard and then the cloth that is practically a sheet of non-sponged fabric so unusable after the first time you lean on it. In the spa you can not take pictures and people with long hair are invited to put the headset supplied or pick up the hair, the pools you have access to with the 36 package are on the -1 floor and are limited and therefore often there are many people but all in all relaxing and valid. On floor 1 you have access to the relaxation room with herbal teas (in our case tea) and other departments for massages or various treatments. The rooms are very nice but because of their breadth they are hardly heated and often it seemed to me that they had been neglected for a long time (obviously keeping all those spaces in the spot should not be easy and cheap). From the first floor you can access the rooms of the frigidarium and the Kneipp path, the emotional showers and the Turkish bath in the package with 4 more (honestly nothing that is often not used).
I say that the baths are beautiful to look at but for the same price does not offer much but I think that it is precisely for these reasons that it is right to visit them in order to help those who manage to fix the "flaws" with earnings, it would be a shame to leave decay.

Very good spas with great potential. Too bad for the disorganization which obviously does not depend on the employees but on those who manage. Massage at 5:20 pm started very late, the shower was on a different floor from that of the changing rooms. In reality it would take very little to revolutionize a magical place like this. Too bad I still prefer those in Budapest

The building is very showy clean and in order with the availability of drinking hot tea or water ... There are also rooms to rest Turkish bath are sincere nothing new or flashy like the Route air and water (water jets cold and warm) the interesting thermal pools there are different pools in the quesyesi can relax feeling music underwater in the context a beautiful experience if you want to relax and visit a historical place and the right place.

This spa is really large, well managed, the only flaw is that it would take a bit of control by the staff to enforce hygiene rules, especially in swimming pools it would be mandatory to wear a cap !!

Wonderful monument made in a fantastic liberty style, even if inside it did not lend services, it would still be worth visiting.

It is a splendid building in the historic center of Salsomaggiore Terme, Parma. It appears, with beautiful evidence, in the square in front and is visible in all its architectural style. Terme Berzieri represent the ancient charm of an era that has seen, and still sees, the triumph of beauty as an icon in the history of Europe. The same square, airy and elegant, allows you to enter the spa building with the awareness of a past that deeply belongs to us.

It's beautiful inside but it's like a car that travels with third gear ...

Art Deco where the eye is looking. An overwhelming wealth of ornaments and symbols .... all in bold, inspiring colors. An architectural masterpiece in a dying spa town. The spa is open on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Very friendly and helpful staff.

They have created a small space in the huge spa and it is managed well

A great surprise to discover such a beautiful place in a city that is now almost ghostly. The Salsomaggiore thermal baths, the historic Berzieri, are a true work of art. Ample spaces in Liberty Deco stele with many oriental influences arrived directly from its architect, author also of some palaces of the royal palace of Bangkok. If you are in the area, take the guided tour, it's worth it
