At 2 p.m. placed an order on the Samsung webshop, where it was advertised that the order would be delivered the next day. No delivery confirmation received at 10.30 pm, so contacted customer service (which can also take an hour). I am told by the Samsung employee named Hortence (presumably from Suriname) that she has no time for these kinds of questions and the phone hangs in my ear !! So never again for me Samsung, the customer service of this is disgusting !! Shameful for such a multinational. Would be much better if the service had simply remained in the Netherlands. I am really done with this, cancel my order as soon as possible and go to another provider who does want to speak to customers properly.
