I have been working for 12 weeks now to get a wash...

I have been working for 12 weeks now to get a washing machine (the most expensive in the range), which was exchanged after 13 washings. The "company" Samsung together with the "company" Dynalogic are not able to do that ... First 8 weeks waiting for Samasung for "the investigation" Now 3 weeks busy with Dynalogic, 1 x a damaged machine, 2 times not coming up days and yesterday another not-new washing machine wrapped in bubble plastic .... Don't think you can call Samsung about this (not our department, sorry) and mailing rarely leads to an answer, sorry was gone a few days .... This is the most bad service I have ever experienced in my life. 1 star is really too much!
