After 3.5 years expensive 65 inch Samsung Plasma TV broken. No spare parts in stock. So after-sales service 0 stars. Exchange department wants to exchange with additional payment. Neat you would say, but 2 months later and 25 telephone contacts with helpdesk, never with the relevant exchange department, still no TV. Helpdesk are only a conduit and you can repeat the story every time (to Michel, Raquel, Nassima, Winnes, Christian and whatever they may be called) Exchange department never keeps its promises, never ... yes never. Because I still want to watch TV at Christmas, I bought a Sony TV. Keep up the good work Samsung.
