You can't imagine super bad company. I reported a broken TV 3 months ago but unfortunately the problem is not solved. Every time they promise but do not deliver, emails are not answered by the exchange team. Bad information is given. Every employee tells something different. Very unclear in what is going on about the problem. Called 8 times today but still no solution. Super bad service for such a large company as Samsung. Even submitting a complaint has no effect be it an employee. Here you never have to buy your TV and then you really have a very big problem. The info is incorrect.
