Samsung has great phones but terrible service. They use a partner called Dynafix for the home pickups. If your phone ends up with Dynafix is already too late. 1. They will charge for things that are not even broken just to make the bill higher. 2. if you do not accept you have to pay 36 euros to return your device. 3. option three you leave your 750 euros device with them hahahaha.
When i called Samsung there is not much you can do. Basically you are trapped with the service of Dynafix. For those who do not believe me, just type Dynafix and read the reviews. For me i just asked for my phone back (i have to pay 36 euros and nothing was fixed) and i will have it fixed somewhere i trust. Such a pity that Samsung service cannot be trusted.
