Purchased the galaxy buds in January 2020 was first of all a nice product, but then it was March and things broke for the first time. Then had it repaired was good service then a little later it was broken again and then again and then I was done with it staff which kept lying and eventually it was promised 3 working days back it was finally 5 weeks I want my money back samsung says can not because is not done within 30 days. Eventually several complaints filed I get bol.com gift vouchers then I think how not to give money, but gift vouchers. When I got the buds + a little later, the search function did not work after I had lost 1 earpiece Samsung called and reset those sides, I have done everything I can not connect the other earpiece. Then Samsung called again and then they said send but received an invoice for that one earpiece that I still had of over 130 euros, because something with the bluetooth was broken while they were worth 106 euros at that time, so they sent an invoice. It is strange that making a part is more expensive than the product. Customer service just hung up when I called about it too so thought these are big scam artists never mind. At some point a while later I had a monitor that was blinking in the picture and I also called for that, thinking maybe the customer service is friendlier again, so no. Said you must have it that is then called again that day and they said that it was not there either. Moments later they seemed to have a break at a quarter to 5 and they said with a quarter to five minutes to call you back, now 2 hours later nothing at all, so call again a woman who hangs up just like that. And after a few days still succeeded and fixed after too much effort (had also sent proof for this via app) So and samsung is illegal according to the law and does not keep the warranty because of the buds. So NEVER buy anything from samsung and never call them!
