Since 2 years in possession of a TAB S 2 ....... o...

Since 2 years in possession of a TAB S 2 ....... one big drama. Offered several times for repair at various repair companies indicated by Samsung, the last time was on 31-08-2017.
Now 2 years later and still no solution for the continuously recurring problem: apps that fail, screen that switches itself off and starts up, the fingerprint scanner that refuses to open the screen, fails during use, etc. etc. A solution would be offered because after being "repaired" four times and still this amount of breakdowns, the helpdesk employee says that is not allowed: 'within 5 days, of which day 5 is really the most, you have received a solution from us' ..... this was the answer on September 28. Today, October 4, called myself once more. Response: 'they are still working on it' ....! By which? Very bad complaint handling ...... just try to solve it legally with my legal aid advisor .... Too bad that this is the case with this kind of company.
