very poor service. Order made a week later not in house employees do not check what went wrong. Then if you want to talk to a supervisor because customer service wants to drop you off again and again, this death says nice that he doesn't want to speak to you. So Samsung does not cooperate with solutions. A wise lesson if you want to order something from them THINK AFTER DO NOT DO IT !.
