What a pity........

What a pity........
A washing machine is not a product you order for fun, but I would have liked to try a new Samsung. Unfortunately, our old Samsung washing machine broke after 6 years. Because of the fast delivery time, premium installation, functions and design I ordered a new Samsung washing machine in the Samsung webshop. Two days later the installer / transporter was already there, unfortunately with a copy with damage. From then on, things went wrong with the Samsung webshop experience. There is a customer service that is friendly but cannot do anything without an internal department, which in turn does not respond. In any case, no one can tell me when I can get the new ordered washing machine while the delivery time on the website is 1 working day. After 5 * contact with customer service in 2 days without further feedback, decided to cancel the order. Do we have to wait 3-5 working days for the money to be returned ..... Now more than a week without a washing machine. Too bad Samsung, we were loyal customers of Samsung products, but this is not a service. I can therefore not recommend anyone to purchase a product in the Samsung shop.
